Install was horrible, Washer is crooked, leaks. Person rude.

A lazy installation in the end. We found a screw in the dishwasher after running it the first time and the person doing the installation left the dishwasher unattached where he attempted to connect it to the cabinetry where there was then stripped wood I had to replace.

My initial appointment was to troubleshoot and fix my new dishwasher. It was determined that the dishwasher was damaged during shipment, so a replacement was scheduled for March 20. Just before March 20, I was emailed that my delivery needed to be rescheduled, and wad pushed back to April 10. Now, I was called, and informed I needed to ahain reschedule the install of my dishwasher to June 27... 3 months from my initial install date. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The dishwasher installation did not go well. The head of the installation company was friendly and wanted to make sure things went well. Unfortunately, he left for a bit and his worker damaged our countertop. . .to make matters worse, the worker attempted to claim that the countertop was like that before he began working. Once I showed the before pictures, they took blame. It was a long process to track down the style and color of our countertop and even more difficult to actually find somewhere that could still order it for us. It was also quite a process going through their insurance company in seeking compensation for the countertop repairs. It was more than a month before our countertop was repaired and we still have not received compensation for the damage/repair.

This review is NOT for the installer. When our dishwasher was finally installed, he was professional and polite, and the dishwasher works as intended. However, our appointment was cancelled at least 4 times (the unit was in our garage for several weeks), including 7 minutes after receiving an email that the install team was on the way. Further, the haul away was scheduled separately and nobody showed up. We were told we would receive gift cards for our inconvenience (we were without a dishwasher for a month), but none have arrived. All in all, this was a poor experience only salvaged by the installer.

When the guys arrived they told me that they wouldn't be able to install the dishwasher. They proceeded to tell me why not and all I could recall was what the salesman told me. It's another one of those times "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing." So frustrating dealing with BestBuy in these instances. I have had several during this remodel project and I do not feel BestBuy has done their due diligence in rectifying the matter.

Although the actual installation was professionally done and very quickly (45 minutes) by the technician. I was promised a 8am-12Noon window and took the morning off work. Got a call at 7:30am saying install would not be until after 12. Delivery & installer came at 12:30, left about 1:30.

12-4 window. Installer showed at 7pm. Nice guy, but he had waited hours at best buy for tge oroduct to be located. Was a late night and overall compromise was a factor on a professional service. If i wanted to chew up my free time I would have done it on my own time myself.

The installation crew didn't bother to explain too much or answer to our questions as i would expect. The dishwasher was also installed in a way that was not aligned with the cabinets. When i mentioned that they said that there is something at the back of the cabinet that prevent it from one side to be pushed all the way. Sure enough, after they left i unscrewed their work, fixed the needed and made it neat, straight and aligned. I consider myself as a good handyman so could do that but it should be the installer job, that we paid full price for, not the customer.

I not had the dishwasher installed. I have received numerous emails from Best Buy stating the date and window of installation. I was stood up 2 times with no phone call or other notification. At least on the 3rd no show, I did receive a call cancelling the appointment after I had been waiting a couple hours. Next week??? Customer service was rude and said they could follow up. I referred a friend to buy a similar dishwasher and his experience has been almost identical. He also is still waiting.

Took 2.5 hours, left with a leak under the sink at the cold water connection. Over a week to get another appointment to fix. Still not done. Truly awful service. Not worth the supposed "total tech" support. Any call requires long periods on hold, communication between store and 3rd party dispatches is close to nonexistent. Had i known how awful this service is, I would have gotten my own plumber to install. Never again will I believe a Best Buy salesman.

The installation was not done in accordance with installation guide. The side trim strips were not installed so there are gaps on the washer sides. The toe kick brackets were not installed so the toe kick could not be installed properly. The toe kick was put on by drill a hole in the washer and using one screw. After using the washer twice the toe kick came loose and prevented the door from opening. We had to remove the toe kick to use the washer. We were given two phone numbers to call to get the problems corrected. We have called twice over the past three weeks. They said they would send someone but have not.

Install service never contacted me and I received the incorrect color - due to the order being incorrect that was placed in-store. I asked for stainless steel and received black stainless. Nothing has been done. I still have no working dishwasher.

It wasn't a new installation but to fixthe problem which came to be cause of not installing it right the first-time.

The installers did not call to confirm an arrival time. I was given a 6 hour window, and they arrived almost two hours after the end of the window. I called Best Buy, and they could not reach the installers to get a delivery time. I had to take a entire vacation day because they failed to give me a two hour window as promised. When the installers arrived, the had difficulty running the lines for my new dishwasher. The cut a hole in the interior of my cabinets without asking me. To make matters worse, they didnt have proper tools, and cut a very large un-uniform hole. To make maters worse, Best Buy never offered to wave the install charges despite failing to notify me of the delivery time, or the guys butchering my countertop cabinets.

The rack fallen off the machine and seemed to be missing some bracket. We also found small balls bearing in the tub after wash cycle and bracket fall off. The technician just just prong extension with the diswasher plug which bend our plug and prong. I will have to find some other solution. I understand that the way they design the plug in certain way cause some difficulty not to use the extension. But the extension put of loads and strain our socket pretty bad and bend the plug and prong which could create fire hazard. He should be more concern.

Installation never happened by MN Plumbing & Home Services as there were plumbing issues and they couldn't fix as they didn't have parts in their trailer. Called them and left 2 voicemails to see that I could make appointment to have a plumber come. Never called back. My husband called them and they answered and he talked to a very rude lady. They were not willing to assist. They also marked the installation job as done. Dishwasher is still sitting in the middle of my living room. DO NOT ALLOW Best Buy to assign MN Plumbing & Home Services to deliver and install your dishwasher. They are scammers and very unprofessional

I wish I had come forward when my dishwasher was initially installed to warn others about the unprofessional behavior of the contract installer. Not only did he flood the space when removing my old dishwasher by NOT insuring he had a container to catch any residual water but asked me for towels to sop up water to which he responded "the dampness won't hurt" (I have since had mildew smells coming from my dishwasher) In addition he ran hoses through my cabinet to avoid having to install correctly by going under my crawlspace thus creating an obstacle of hoses to storage items....Nothing more needs to be said.....will never use Best Buys installers again!

Don't ever use best buy service. They damaged my kitchen cabinet during the installation of the dishwasher and now they refuse to fix saying I have to contact the insurance company. I contacted the insurance company who gave me a fake number to call back. I paid for BESTBUY installation service they are the one that should contact the insurance company and NOT me.
