Luckily my husband is handy. They said they wouldn't install or would charge extra to replace valve, so my husband ran to Home Depot, got the part and changed it himself while they were installing the fridge. They said if he wasn't done in time, they weren't going to install it. Panic mode

Horrible experience and I will never use Best Buy installation again. The product and installers arrived on time and things seemed to be going well until they tried to test the unit. They couldn’t get it to work. They left with me thinking I had a defective unit I would have to wait months for to get a new one as it was now out of stock. Well it turns out they didn’t turn the water back on to the dishwasher even after I asked if they checked the shut offs. My husband did a better install with our last dishwasher and now I won’t trust anyone else to do it. If you don’t want to waste your time, you’re better off doing it yourself.

The people who installed our Dishwasher evidently did not know much if anything about it! NOTHING was explained to us on the day of installation -

Brought the wrong hose, attached it, it doesn’t fit, it was loose, flood in my cabinet. Poor workmanship I paid $129 for this installation. I hope this is fixed soon before I write a review.

My contractor installed our dishwasher - no need for this service.

Here is the one review you need: When buying a top-line Bosch dish washer, Geek Squad broke my kitchen countertop. They said they'd file and insurance claim when the damage occured. They didn't. When I called back two weeks later, there were notes on the account about the damage, but nobody followed through on contact insurance. After asking why the matter wasn't addressed when the damage occurred, Geek Squad management hid behind their frontline service reps, and wouldn't engage with me, or return my request for a phone call. Please feel free to reply to this review, and I'll gladly provide documentation supporting the above, including photos of the damage done. Geek Squad is trash.

Struggled a bit at first with my waterline but made it work.

A number of installation requirements should have been covered by the sales staff rather than an off hand comment that the dishwasher connects to a standard water and waste line. When the installation crew arrived they could not perform the installation resulting in a call back.

No show no call for first attempt. Had to call several times..

They improperly ran the drain line through the lower hole in the cabinet. I called them to correctly run the drain line through the upper hole in the cabinet. They came out and fixed it.

Purchased dishwasher and when it was being installed the installation technicians weren't able to hook up the waterline due to Best Buy policy, plus the first dishwasher had a scratch and dents. Second dishwasher was delivered and agian not able to be installed due to Best Buy policy. I had to have another company come out and install the dishwasher costing me another $600.00 I was not planning to spend. Still haven't gotten my refund for the unused hose and elecitrical connection kit.

Had a terrible experience with BestBuy and their Installers. 1. Installers were not able to install dishwasher and I had to return units back. (KITCHEN AID / BOSCH). 2. Installers left my old dishwasher leaking after first visit. 3. Installers mentioned my plumbing will void their policy even though it has been inspected and approved by my county.

Worst rating to give purchased 12/17/2021, was scheduled to install January 6, 2022 , called me same day by the company that no delivery and no installation to be done that day, rescheduled for January 19, 2022, they don’t even have a courtesy to call me that they cannot install that day until I called 1 800 433 5778 and being told that the technician to install was sick, again rescheduled for January 27, 2022, between 7am to 1 pm and meanwhile they delivered the dishwasher in January 14 was place my living room entrance. Hoping they fulfill what they promised.

On time, clean, nice and professional installer. Everything went well

They get a poor job of installing the discharge water they ran it over the top of a drawer and it doesn't let the drawer close.

I was supposed to click on a blue bar to order free installation and this was NOT obvious. They delivered but would not install the product and this created a communication nightmare with Best Buy to coordinate an install and this was difficult. They did throw in a free install kit.

Took installers forever to install dishwasher. 3 hours is way too long.

Awful! Worst service ever! Was so excited about purchase. Delivery man called… on way. Three hours later and I was Notified delivery complete. No delivery. Notified of returned/ exchange. Which Nest Buy had to do because they marked delivery as completed when it wasn’t. Had to wait over a week for another delivery!! Had paid for installation. Delivery came but oops, delivery was not scheduled with installation. Asked when installation would be scheduled. They could not tell me. Needless to say… had to return which took over two hours to do and surprise. They could not refund the entire amount.

If I could give this -3 stars I would. Original installers did not mount the dishwasher to the counter top. We discovered this when the dishwasher was fully loaded. 10 days later another installer came to investigate and confirmed that was the issue and said he would order the parts. 4 weeks later I called asking for status on the parts and was told parts were never ordered. I was transferred 3 times to get the parts ordered and finally disconnected the call because I was so frustrated.
