Wish I could review the dishwasher, but it was never delivered or installed. The installation was not scheduled to be done by Geek Squad, but by a 3rd party installation company. My delivery window was from 12-4 pm. Several calls placed to driver and Best Buy. I was finally called by install company at 5 pm that driver would be there within an hour. Install was at a rental property not my home. I cancelled delivery as I was not going to back to property to continue waiting. I thought the dishwasher looked nice and got good reviews, but if you buy something at Best Buy, ask to have installation done by Geek Squad, not a 3rd party company. Best Buy was very good about cancelling order and refunding payment.

Poor install- can see the side filler and door didn’t close properly after a month.... now it leaks, I feel like I could done a better job.

Three unsuccessful attempts at installing my birthday present dishwasher before I canceled the order.

He vary wary of theirs party contractors who install for BB. The contractors came and incorrectly installed the water line for our new Bosch dishwasher This resulted it the line coming loose and spraying water all over the interior control panel and leaking all over our hardwood floor. Not cool. Still haven’t heard anything about promises from the contractor to “make it right”.

The guys were very nice and polite, just did not feel as if they were properly trained to do this. During the install they just stuffed the insulation to the back of the unit just to get it into place - instead of having it drape down the sides to help insulate heat and sound I’m guessing. Also once turned on they did not hook up the drain hose correctly and dumped water all around the unit and in the basement below, I had to provide towels for them to soak it up on the main level. Did not seem to care about this too much or say sorry.

Had to exchange dishwasher; XPO took garbage disposal hose w/them & didn’t plug hole; caused flooding under sink; called plumbing repair company; charged $400 to replace what they thought was leaking drain; flooded again; plumbing co came back out; to discover missing hose; then XPO brought new dishwasher & now it’s leaking on our floor…not happy!!!!! They were in such a hurry both times installing dishwashers. Slow down & pay attention please!!!!

Installer went out of way to get here at a convenient time for us but installation was rushed; Blocked most of my corner cabinet with a short hose so severely limited my storage space in that cabinet

Not good at all. They didnt tighten the drain hose, or check that it wasn’t draining properly. The dishwasher doesn’t stay level moves around. Also isn’t pushed back far enough. Sticks out about 2-3 Inches.

Installers arrived with our new dishwasher. Said they could not install our dishwasher because it was hardwired . They said I would need to buy additional parts for them to install. I told them never mind, I would install myself. My install fee was refunded and I was able to install the dishwasher easily via a You Tube video with the install pack that came with the dishwasher. May have just got a new installer that didn't know what he was doing, hate to think the installer was trying to scam me. Either way I think I will always install myself for now on.

Installer claimed we had a water line leak. We called a Plummer out that day and they stated there was no issue and the tech loosened the line as to not move forward with the install. We called a handyman to install who also stated there was no issue with the line. I will never use your installers.

I called Best Buy and asked if they would come remove my old dishwasher, and install one I already had as a back up. They said yes, scheduled it, and I paid them. Guys showed up, and didn't do the job. They told me "I don't know why they scheduled this, we don't install anything that isn't new". They left, and I did it myself. I reported to a location to get my refund for the install and they gave $20 in store credit. I did not find that adequate compensation for the hassle. Especially since I already bought their total tech membership, which I could not use.

Installation crew arrived after pre-arranged window. Although courteous, the installation was not performed properly. Took 3 days to send a different crew to correct the original installation. No apologies from BB but rather blamed contractors.

Complete disaster. Worst shopping experience of my life. Dishwasher delivered leaking water from box. Best Buy still unable to process return and refund money after taking dishwasher several weeks ago. Call after call after call. Customer service off-shore. Not able to help. Best Buy uses third party contractors and is not taking ownership to resolve. Completely unacceptable. Still washing dishes by hand week after week with no resolution.

After dishwasher was installed for some reason garbage disposal will not work and the dishwasher was not set in position evenly one side sticks out further than the other. I contacted the person that did the installation and he still has not shown back up.

Dishwasher was delivered by a third party who was also supposed to install. The third party wanted $350 after I already bought and paid for the tech contract. I refused and went back to the store. The problem was handled by the Asst. Manager who arranged for the install again. On the day of the install, no one showed. Back to the store….install arranged a third time, and no one showed.

Installers said I had bad valve under sink needed plumber to replace and they wouldn't because had rubber coming up under house,it was PVC pipe so they can't tell difference. Had them drop new washer off and leave they said they would come back after I had plumbing repair. Was never told if I had plumbing issue they couldn't handle it. Plumber fixed it for 175 we had same plumber install new one next day since since we already waited two weeks to get washer and now had to wait for new install date from Best buy's installer which they had no idea how long would be. So our free install which was reason we went to Best buy cost us over $300 and time waiting.

The connection wasn’t performed correctly, after the dishwasher was turned on and the “technicians” left, the water was trapped inside the machine and didn’t drain. After placing a call for “technicians” to come back and fix it, the appointment was scheduled next week. So, I had to take a day off just that someone would fix the issue, but unfortunately nobody showed up, even though the appointment had been scheduled and confirmed through email. After contacting the store personally the issue has not been fixed since. 4 weeks later.

Extremely poor installation, i still don't like how its installed, the person came to install was in hurry and didn't care about customer experience. He even yelled at me when pointed out the installation is no good. Its a shame best buy hires this kind of unprofessional installer and customer have to go thru the pain. It ruined all my years of good experience with Best Buy! Best Buy - if you see this feedback then do something about it OR i am afraid all your good work will be spoiled by these poor installation companies.
