Dishwasher stopped working after 4 washes: pretty sure that the problem is the electrical connection.

It wasn’t installed. It was dropped off. I’m still missing parts and was told by Best Buy that because it was an open box it wasn’t their problem and to reach out to GE. Mind you the only stated missing part was the insulation blanket. I’m completely disappointed in Best Buy customer service experience.

Was not installed. Was told needed to update my wiring to a plug in. So I hired an electrician. He stated it was still to code with the grandfather code to direct wire. I asked best but to tell me what their policy was and NO ONE could tell me or get back to me. I inquired on multiple occasions- trying to get it installed.

Poor customer service rom the third party vendor for the installation. The delivery window was agreed for 12pm-4pm. The night before, they called and insisted it would be between 4pm and 8pm. States the computer decides "NOT THE CONSUMER". Further stated my only option would be to refuse the delivery! Really? I waited a month and a half for the delivery! Once they arrived, they said they couldn't install the dishwasher as they needed another part, and once I got (and installed the part, another appointment for installation could be made! Another third party vendor with more customer friendly services should be utilized. I would never recommend this company for any type of service.

The installation actually did not go well. After the removal of my old dishwasher, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $75 even though I am total tech. They explained that they are a third party and that I would have to pay the $75 for the installation. It all proved academic since they had brought the wrong dishwasher. Now I have to wait almost 2 months the get the correct one. When they left I realized that they had not turned the power back on.

Dishwasher is awesome!! Installation was a nightmare. I purchased this dishwasher as well as a washing machine. No issues with the washing machine, but a total nightmare with the dishwasher. Wrong item was delivered, then 2 subsequent replacement dishwashers were damaged! Not little dents, but big issues. Was promised compensation, have yet to see it.

My dishwasher works great but I was unaware that it is leaking because the new hose was not hooked up and as we are having our kitchen remodeled our contractor just found the problem.

They didn't exactly get it in right and the cost of the install is ridiculous.

Awfull when it comes to delivery & installation I had to find some one to install all my appliances !!!

I need to be paid for incurred expenses I’ve left a message with Best Buy in reference to the fact that I was charged for the outlet they put in. I called an electrical company because that shorted the electricity in my kitchen. Electric company said they wired the machine wrong and had to rewire it plus I had to replace a breaker because that shorted my breaker

The third party person that Best Buy trust to install their appliances is awful. This man did not call and say when he was coming until he was ready to drive up my driveway. Not only the times I was given for him to be here didn’t happen he was 4 hours late! When he come he was in a hurry and did an awful job installing my dishwasher. When I went to use it the whole thing fell out on me, I had to go through the whole process again and wait for another time for the man to come back to reinstall the dishwasher hopefully correctly the second time!!

Don’t do it! My dishwasher leaked as soon as I used it. I thought it was weird that they installed it in 10 minutes. No one reviews anything with you. Best Buy sent the same 3rd party company over a week later to look at the leak. The men never explain what happened even with my repeated questions. I’m both appointments they never untied or untapped certain parts.

Isn’t even working so i cant rate it. Best buy support is the worst in history. They should be fined. Took weeks to get installers back over. Just to have it not work. I blame best buy support the most.

The two gentlemen that installed the dishwasher made the necessary adjustments to get it up-and-running and everything works. The installers were very professional and good at their jobs.

The people they sent for install were so unprofessional. The man smelled like old alcohol and he was yelling at me and complaining the whole time about how hard the job is. I could not wait for them to get out of my home. If you look on Yelp the service had very low ratings so I am surprised that Best Buy contracts with them. I would not use this service again.

The installers broke the countertop removing the old machine. It's been a month and we are still wating on the contractor to make repairs.

The team was great but horrible communication from Best Buy. Was told I’ll get a gift card for trouble by manager but never received and was told never processed

So this afternoon installers left my new dishwasher sitting in the middle of the floor disconnected, because they could not handle the electric for a built-in. I call Customer Service, wait on-hold for 35 minutes, and the Service agent says he will send a new crew which can handle the electric and finish the install. I wait at home until 8-PM, and see my new order is marked Completed. This time, I order a callback, rather than waiting on hold for 43 minutes. The callback at 9PM, says to call back tomorrow...

The two installation guys are not professional and always show it is hard to install. One of the guy suggested to change the air gap for a $40 cost and it is cheaper than my original one. After installed, the dishwasher bottom tray will auto roll out which is not balanced and the new air gap always with water come out on each wash. I had to ask Best Buy to send a technician to fix it again. After the second fix, the dishwasher door is loose and almost damage the side of kitchen cabinet when she relocated the secure bracket from top to the side.

We were told to expect the installer between 12:00 and 4:00. He didn't show up until 6:00. It was a very quick installation, about 20 min. He showed me how to run the dishwasher and left. Four days later I ran it, and it was working fine. The next time I used it, there was absolutely no power. I called Best Buy. They immediately said they would replace it. I was dumbfounded. They came out 4 days later, and first, they checked the original dishwasher. The new installer found that a wire had pulled loose or been incorrectly installed. He fixed that, and the same dishwasher has been running every since. I was very impressed with Best Buy's response.
