my expirence with Best Buy was amazing, great employees and service. The third party installer was a disaster from the get go! First, the third party installer changed the install date and didn't inform us of the change. Wasted a whole morning waiting for installed. Now four weeks later my wife opens the door and pulls out the bottom rack to empty and the whole machine tilts forward and all racks slide out full...install not so good. Called Best Buy and they got me earliest appointment which is good but need to get better contractors

The company subcontracted to install my dishwasher did not hook up the drain line coming from the dishwasher under my sink causing damage to the cabinets. Also the installer tore the flooring up in my kitchen in front of the dishwasher. I have yet to get these issues resolved and my kitchen still has warped water damage under my kitchen sink and ripped up flooring in front of my dishwasher.

Never installed as promised. 3 months and I still am unable to use the dish washer and now have to pay out of pocket

The original delivery was damaged to it had to be re-shipped from distribution delaying the installation, but they did the best they could to get it installed and all went well second try.

The plumber told me that it need to be upgraded to a new plumbing system on the spot

Back in July we bought the dishwasher. It was installed poorly where the under counter fasteners gouged into the top of the door which is also the control buttons. Weeks and weeks later a replacement unit is installed. It won't wash the dishes and gives a watertap error. Now Best Buy is unsure of when a technician can come out to troubleshoot. Water supply is on and some water is making it to the machine. Dunno. Do know it shouldn't take weeks and weeks for a dishwasher install.

It took a month to have it installed. 1st guy was heavy handed and 4 hrs late. It was apparent he was just doing a job he hated. 2nd and 3rd cancelled 2 days and 1 day b4 scheduled time. Nobody willing to provide guarantees of delivery or installation. By freak chance it was installed by a non scheduled installer.

Purchased Dishwasher,Fridge,Stove,& Microwave installed 1/10/20 dishwasher never worked so I was without one for months they couldn’t keep installers and my old units were sold and picked up. I waited 4 months for a new dishwasher & had to install myself. Corona Virus at that point was the reason why they couldn’t install otherwise I would of had to wait even longer for a dishwasher. Still waiting on replacement of damaged stove, Fridge and microwave as they were delivered damaged and the next to replacements were damaged as well.

They got it installed eventually. 2 cancelled appointments and I wasn't notified until hours after they were due to have arrived both times. AND the installer asked my partner for electrical tape during the install. We didn't have any so I have no clue if that part of the install was done correctly or not.

Installers tried to convince me to pay $150 to use their fitting to connect the waterline, claiming the wrong fitting was installed by the plumber. The right fitting was on a hose wrapped around the faucet. The top rack was not installed properly falling off on the right side when pulling the rack out.

The guy left the plastic covering on the machine which is harder to take off than you would think. The machine is a little tilted and he says that's the best he could do. Also left some packaging material. I think he wanted a tip!

Installer was muttering under his breath the whole time during the installation. The guy helping was ver y friendly but the installer made you feel like you were putting him out by having him install your appliances

Told me I had to pay 400 dollars to redo plumbing and electricity, was told by private plumber it was illegal to do do that unless it was a legal electrician and legal certified plumber

Best Buy's customer service, supervisor, and communications for the installation were absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. A different story every time; numerous phone calls; long phone wait times; scheduled, cancelled and rescheduled several times and NEVER did they call; I had to call every time and ask where the delivery was. This was after a purchase of thousands of dollars for an appliance suite. The installers who eventually showed up were good.

What was supposed to be free? Install ended up not being free. Ended up spending $650 because the incompetent people that came associated with Best Buy could not complete the job feel Best Buy should compensate me the $650 that I had to spend to get the dishwasher installed when it was supposed to be free install.

First one installed was not installed properly. Second team of gentlemen did a great job.

Installers left fingerprints all over dishwasher, didnt install it straight, seemed to be in a hurry to leave tather than ensure customer was happy. But it does work :)

The dishwasher is showing an LC code is for a leak, possible install error.
