Two guys came in and tried to install the dishwasher. But it was blocked on the drain hose that was going through a hole on the floor into the basement. They advised that I have to hire a plumber to move the drain hose. That's fair but they didn't give any instructions or parts to finish the installation. They marked the installation done. After the hose was relocated, I set up the reinstallation schedule but they didn't show up on that day. After one week bestbuy sent me a new schedule.

This review is about Best Buy, not the product. Purchased the dishwasher and had it installed by a Geek Squad member who noticed that it was damaged upon installation. Was told to call managment at the store it was purchased from. Was given the run around with phone tag for weeks. Finally I called the geek squad installer "Dave" to see if he could do anything, and he got the part ordered and we set up a new install date. When the new part arrived, he noticed that it was the wrong part, so now it had to be re-ordered. As of right now, we still do not have a working dishwasher and don't know when we will.

There was a lot of back-and-forth between the scheduling and service department. Although they were able to come in and complete the job quick and easy, the scheduling part was so much of a hassle I wouldn't use them again.

As of today, the dishwasher is not installed. Purchased on June 7, installers supposedly showed up various hours for installation on June 22. We never got a call in spite of their claims, and this is an office with a receptionist taking calls all the time. They showed up on July 9, and they did not install because electrically they claim we are not equipped to handle their installation. I will get my electrician to install it. LOUSY SERVICE AND WORTHLESS INSTALLERS

I had this product for less than a year and there has been nothing but issues. Issues cleaning dishes and the heating coil had to be replaced. The cleaning cycles are long, the dishing have to be almost clean before the cycle, and plastic comes out dripping wet (even when you use a rinse aid).

Installation was not done by installing agents sent by Best Buy citing there were missing parts . Called a local plumber to install and he did it very easily . The only thing is I had to pay 200$$ extra and after calling Best Buy multiple times they never compensated the extra cost that I had to bear from my pocket in spite of being Best Buy Totaltech member .

Product installation and customer service are terrible in my opinion!! I bought an expensive dishwasher and had them install it. After awhile it became clear they had not anchored the dishwasher raising the possibility it will become damaged because its loose. I couldn't call them during the 90 days because they were closed due to covid. As soon as things opened up I called them and they refused to fix their negligent installation because the 90 days had passed despite stay at home orders limiting service options.

The contractor asked an extra $100 for converting hardwire to plugin which I have already paid for in the purchase and I didn’t know at the time. Will not go to BestBuy again!

Unfortunately I had the wrong size valve underneath my sink, and the install crew did not have an adaptor, so two months later, my dishwasher is still not hooked up.

The contractors who ripped out our microwave took the duct venting. The installer didn't have it so I had to run to the store and get one. Installed was on time and quick. But seemed to not be in a good mood that day

Got my dishwasher installed on Wednesday tech came in pulled it out idk anything about major Appliance or plumbing I paid and arm and a leg to get it installed so I hope they would do it right... he ran the dish washer making sure water runs but when my hubs came home my bottom sink was flooded!!!!!! So obviously the job was not done properly Called yesterday spoke to another person and they can’t get some one out till next week! Which is ridiculous I have to spend a whole week doing Dishes and dumping out buckets of water outside!

Once again dishwasher is like 90 days old and already doesn’t drain started within 2 months of ownership

This is not bestbuy’s fault. The contractor Bestbuy hired to do the installation lied about us missing parts and left so I hired another guy that came by with some simple tools and got it perfectly hooked in less than 20 mins. Bestbuy did try to help but I had hired the other guy already.

The dishwasher that I purchased is defective. I arranged for the service department to come and they told me to purchase a different dishwasher because Frigidaire was not a good brand. I was then told that I would have to pay for the install of a new dishwasher. Really?! I am going to have to call Frigidaire directly!

I wasn't told that the person that delivers doesn't install and that I had to make a installation appt. I purchased my dishwasher june 16th it finally was installed july 16th

This dishwasher was purchased in oct 2021. And I didn't get it installed until Jan 7, 2022. I wait almost three months to get it installled. Because they did a no show on both appointments. I paid for the total protection and best buy did not honor. In addition I paid an additional $100 to the GCS company to install the plug for the dishwasher although I had a working one ready. I did not receive tbe professional service that I paid for.

Paid for professional installation for a new dishwasher. The next day I found water all over under kitchen sink. Called Best Buy to get someone out to fix and they said the soonest would be 1 week from the install date. After wasting over an hour on hold, they couldn't do anything else. A licensed plumber might cost a little more up-front up-front but it will be less than paying Best Buy and plumber.

The installers showed up without a dishwasher to install. Customer service was unhelpful and unapologetic. Had to take an extra day off work for the rescheduled install. They at least had the dishwasher the second time but installed it crooked. Terrible experience all around.

The installers did not have the adapter piece to install correctly, so I had to run down to the hardware store and get it. They said they usually bring the adapters but ran out. Pretty sad service.
