They were here three times and it’s still leaking. Best Buy is good, but their affiliation with these service men sucks.

First time I made an appointment, cancelled because of bad weather. That was fine. The next ap[pointment, the install team came and didn’t have the dishwasher; could not find where it was. Tried for a third appointment, and the same thing happened again. Apparently the delivery and installation were considered separate items and they were not coordinated together......And appparently it STILL not connected together, because I’ve received several calls asking for appointments to schedule installation for several weeks after the install has been done.

If I could give a no star review I would. Scheduled once and they left our house without even coming to our door. Took 4 days to reschedule and we had to call them, if I wouldn’t have checked my email I wouldn’t have had any info about it. Finally they came a week later and then billed us at the end for needed materials for installation. No communication just handed a bill for over priced materials that I could have gotten and installed for 25% of what they charged.

Service NEVER completed. NEVER get my money back. Called, went to the Aurora store in person & chat online. Not satisfied reply. LITERALLY THIRD CLASS SERVICE. I LOOSE MY $180. Hate Bestbuy

The installers attempted to extort an additional $150 to install our dishwasher. I declined the installation and had them return the appliance to the warehouse. I subsequently purchased the same dishwasher from Lowe’s and they installed it at less than the contracted price.

Installed the dishwasher & left before testing it… *SURPRISE* it doesn’t work… and now we’ve been dealing with this for the past month, trying to get it replaced… then they’re finally replacing it (after continuously sending people out to make sure it’s really broken) *BUT WAIT*… they send it to the wrong address!… and now we have to wait even longer to get…

They were unable to install the dishwasher. After a good bit of back and forth with the installer, I finally understood why. Problem was, there was not enough explanation of what I needed to do to get the installation completed. After several calls to Best Buy, the installation was rescheduled for a month out. I ended up canceling the installation and hired the installation done by a neighborhood plumber/handyman. I was able to receive a refund of the installation.

The install was not complete and had to hire a plumber to come out and finish the install as the technicians who came out did not have the correct parts and tools.

the installation was poorly done. The dishwasher is not set level, installer seemed to be in a hurry and not concerned with how it was installed. It is working and everything functionally was installed correctly.

Still waiting on complaint I filed. Best Buy used an installer the was not in the BBB database

They installed it, but not in a way that kept it from wiggling. So, not a great job.

It was leaking following the install and there was no water pressure to the sink. They did send a new team to come fix it and that’s why I’m awarding 2 stars

I was given noon - 4PM time slot for delivery and installation of a new dishwasher thus had to leave work early. No one showed up by 2PM, I made multiple call to BestBuy and delivery service team. They assured me 4PM deadline will be met but it was not. I spent 4-6PM calling BestBuy, mostly waiting for them to pick the phone, and finally gave up. The delivery person came at 7:30PM, no apologies, no explanations for this delay. Unacceptable business practice for a reputable company as BestBuy. I still waiting for them to come back to me to compensate for humongous loss of my working and personal time

I specifically asked about what was included in the installation and was told by salesperson that a "master plumber" would be coming and could do any plumbing necessary. That's the only reason I wanted the installation, but when he arrived he informed me they were not permitted to do any real plumbing, only make the connections. If you are somewhat handy, it's not difficult to do what is needed. The plumbing connections are all screw on or clamp on. Then there's the electrical that requires a screw driver, plus securing the dishwasher with a screw or two. Easy enough!

Had a Bosch dishwasher installed by the Best Buy installer. I actually had to read the install manual sling with the installer. They ended up making 3 trips. First was leaking at the back. Second was installed so that the dishwasher was not level...it was leaning forward. Last trip they leveled it...but none of the trips did they ever secure the dishwasher to our cabinets. They ripped one of the seals on the door in the many visits.

the installers showed up a hour early and I had to have my husband come asap for them. Then they looked at the water pipe under the sink and said "nope can't do it" and did not even pull the dishwasher out and left. We also paid for the removal later of the dish washer and it still sits in our drive way 3 week later. No follow up call about not hooking up the washer and of course we paid for it as well and no refund check.

Still hasn't been installed correctly been dealing with Best Buy back and forth and no one shows up for installation and keeps having me waste my time on days they are suppose to send someone. First installer turned off the hot water and didnt return to turn back on. Made my family shower with cold water for a whole week. And didnt want to refund for the repairs the installer made.

I recently had bestbuy install a washer/dryer... They sent geek squad out and the process was awesome... I wish I could say the same for the kitchen appliance installation... Bestbuy sent a third party company out that did a horrible job. It was a completely different experience with the third party company... It would make me second guess ordering appliances from bestbuy since you don’t know when you are going to get geek squad or a third party company...

The first appointment they came over an hour late which made me late for an appointment. The dishwasher was damaged and they had to order one. I took off of work only to find out the new reordered dishwasher didn’t come in. That happened two or three times if I remember correctly. I lost lots of time and money not to mention indescribable aggravation. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in 48 years. Thanks!

Dishwasher was not installed properly. Did not install underneath counter as needed.
