    They came by 4 times and was not able to install, so i had to hire a handy man who took approx 1 hour to install

    Let me start by saying that this install didn't happen because it seems that the plumbing for my current dishwasher is incorrect for the new one. I was under the impression (when I bought the service) that being a Total Tech Support Member, there would be assistance to finding a plumber to do the necessary repair. There has been no follow up in any form since the delivery. The new dishwasher is still sitting in my kitchen wrapped up in a tarp, while my old one is pulled out from the counter.

    Constant cancellations, can’t get the dishwasher installed. Tomorrow will be 4 th appointment, last weeks excuse, they had the flu, first 2 weeks an inventory issue, canceled each time 1 hour before delivery. Hope it come tomorrow or maybe grandma died.

    Extra $94 were charged for changing the valve in water supply. Since the installation personal were already there and it took two minutes to change the valve, the price seems quite high. Also, the garbage disposal was left loose causing leak/flooding in kitchen cabinet.

    The installation was terrible. The dishwasher sticks out from under the cabinet 3 inches, and there is a 2 inch gap on top. You can see the dishwasher framework. Also the installers put large wood screws to hold the dishwasher in place into a small 1 inch piece of wood trim and did not predrill. Both sides are now split. Better off to do the installation yourself.

    Poorly secured on the top. Brackets not even attached on the sides. The bottom wasn't properly leveled. Took a year-plus to see the problem that I sadly had just gotten used to. Not pleased.

    It wasn't installed when delivered. I had to hire a person to come in and adjust the floor and then install it.

    I wish we had been informed that Best Buy contracts out for installation and that we may have additional charges related to this. The dishwasher came with "free installation" but in the end it was not free.

    The installer did not show up on the day arranged, giving one story after another. We finally had to threaten to cancel the appliance purchase to get them to deliver the next day.

    This dishwasher was listed as delivered, installed and the old one hauled away according to my account. It was only delivered, installation was not completed due to no access to the water line, which I have now provided. And they certainly didn’t haul away my old one. When I call with a case # I’m told it was reported as installed and I have to wait for that to get sorted out. Do they not believe me? Not happy with this at all

    Service installation date was moved without my approval to a date I could not be at home. When I realized this, I changed the date of the scheduled install, rearranged my schedule, and waited for the service person. No one ever showed and now my total tech memberships show the installation as complete.

    I will never purchase from Best Buy again. It took 16 calls to the hotline, 4 trips back to the store, and over 2 months to get my dishwasher installed. I spent dozens of hours trying to get Best Buy to complete the installation (which I paid $180 for). The dishwasher was finally installed, but it leaks and I have to keep a bowl under it to catch the water.

    Purchased a dishwasher and had it installed for my in-laws. The dishwasher is leaking. It has taken 4 hours on the phone/chat to get an appointment scheduled for them to come out and address the problem. Horrible customer service. I have been all over the website and no where does it have instructions who to contact if you have an issue with your installation. I would give this zero stars if that was an option.

    Tech could not install because new dishwasher hose was to short. Told ME to order longer hose from KitchenAid and call when I received it and they would come back out to install. Returned for refund!

    It took 2 times for them to install the dishwasher. The first time the installers wanted to charge an additional $200 for water arrestor hammers ($20 on amazon). The installers had a bad attitude and tried to push me into buying these additional parts. After multiple calls to best buy, the same contractors came back but were polite and installed it without the additional charges

    They were hours late, no call I had to contact Best Buy myself to figure out what was going on. They installed it then left without testing it first.

    First I was told the 5th, got a call on the 4th saying later afternoon so I took a day of work. Got a call in the morning of the 5th saying it was out of stock and would be the 18th to set up new delivery. On the 22nd got a call that it would be delivered the 23rd in the afternoon so another day off work. Dishwasher is delivered but the install is the next day so guess what, another day off work. A total disaster. The guys installing were great and did an excellent job.

    Told the installation gentleman to put the drain line in a certain area for fear it would get pinched. He didn’t listen so fast forward we had to redo it a week later ourselves.

    The tech was 6 hours late after the window provided for the appointment and I had to call customer service three times before he arrived.He was not apologetic and had the audacity to tell me to give him a five star review. It truly was the first bad experience that I have had with best buy
