Terribly. Would never want the 3rd party company in my home again. Did not correctly reconnect pipes which when I used my sink, cabinet flooded. Added an unnecessary outlet under my sink with discussing first. Extremely disappointed with this install and customer service.

Two installers came. Said they couldn't install it because there was a problem with the plumbing and they had to get a part. Miraculously when they came back they did not bring a part and installed it right away. Something was very wrong with these installers. They were not BestBuy workers but independent sent by BestBuy. I almost didn't review this install because I actually was afraid to give them a bad review. Just a very uneasy feeling about them. Please do not tell them about who this review was from.

I bought installation services for several new appliances. A total waste of money. These guys were clueless about installing my appliances. I am hiring professionals to finish the installation.

The dishwasher is fine. However we had 2 appointments for delivery that never happened. No contact was made to tell us it wouldn’t happen. It just didn’t happen, no one showed up. Twice. When an appointment was finally kept and the dishwasher was delivered, there were other problems. And now we get no response when we try to talk to customer service about our terrible experience.

I feel as though the taking of photos is not sufficient enough to test installation!

The service technician that initially installed my dishwasher brought mud into my house all over my floors & made no attempt to clean it. He did not check the quality of the installation & the very first time I opened he top rack of the dishwasher a piece fell off and the rack fell off of its track. I had to wait nearly two weeks for a new technician to come out to fix the problem. The second team of technicians were excellent.

I had our new Bosch dishwasher installed yesterday. The installer had a problem using the copper pipe already there where the old dishwasher was. They asked if they could use flex pipe and I said ok. After they left I was cleaning and discovered they had drilled a hole through the side cabinet and ran the line through it where there are dishes and plates!!! That is not acceptable. I need this fixed.

My installation was fine, it was everything that happened from the purchase to the delivery of the dishwasher that was a total disaster. I was very disappointed in my experience. Never again Best Buy

I cannot believe that I purchased a dishwasher along with supplies to install it and the installer could not put it in right. The door would not go down all the way. The dishes were wet when all cycles were finished. Best Buy’s pick up the dishwasher over 3 weeks ago. They still have not taken this off my charge after 6 phone calls. Every person gives me a different answer. This store is pathetic.

It's impossible to say what the qualiry of the service would be because Best Buy sold the dishwasher (that was in the store when I arranged delivery) to someone else and didn't have one available for my onstallation appointment. This is how they treat TotalTech members. Be warned that the service seems to be a huge waste of money as I recieved better customer service before I signed up.

The installer claimed that he could not install it due to I needed an extension to run my dishwasher. Found out from the plumber that it was already installed in there so all they had to do was hook it up. So I had to spend extra money to get it installed when I had already paid for it to get it installed the first time and now I have an old dishwasher that I myself have to get rid of whereas Best Buy was supposed to haul it away for me.

I paid for installation and take away. The installer said he was not allowed to touch my dishwasher because I had a "pressure booster" (actually turns out a water regulator, stops knocking, I now know). I had to pay an extra $500 to a plumber, who said it was a pretty normal installation, and he nicely took old one for free.

The install service was not that great. They go the job done and so I guess that is all that counts. But failed to remove all the old parts from my home so I had to dispose of the old parts.

I bought a dishwasher on Dec 28, scheduled the delivery and installation for Dec 31. No call/no show. I called and had it rescheduled for Jan 5. No call/no show. I called again and they said it could not be delivered and installed on the same day. Dishwasher was delivered on Jan 12, scheduled to be installed on Jan 13. No call/no show. 3rd strike. I called again, had installation scheduled for Jan 19. Yes, dishwasher sat in the middle of my kitchen. Jan 19, installer finally shows up. Dishwasher is missing a support bracket, cannot be installed.

When installers came out the dishwasher was damaged. Best Buy has been unable to give us a date for replacement. We call often stay on line for hours and still can’t get resolved. Horrible customer service. Unwilling to work with us to new washer. Will not buy from Best Buy in the future. We purchased dish washer in March and in July no eta for new dishwasher.

The first delevery guy was great but the dishwasher didn’t fit. The second guy eyeballed it ad said the second one would not fit but he would try. Now it does not work!

Terrible, installers never told us that the plug from the washer didn't allow the disposal to be plugged in so I hired an electrician to alter that configuration. Then they left about ten feet of hose looped under the cabinet which cause the machine to choke every once in a while, and provide a problem code.

Dishwasher qas delivered but installation guys disnt have proper hose length, reschedule after i purchase hose and my appointments for install amd haulaway was canceled twice without any notification. I had to call Bestbuy both times to find out that my appointment was canceled by installer.

What a cluster! The first team that arrived to install was over an hour late (past the window) and never called to give us update of time so we waited from 7am - 3:30pm. They claimed our shut off valve was leaking so they left without installing. Our plumber came next day and there was no leak. Getting rescheduled took time, the second team found no leak and got job done easily.

Took them a while to install. The guy also didn’t bothered to ask me to turn off the breakers for the dishwasher. I was surprised that he just went in and wired it live. Not safe.
