Disappointed

The “install” left us with a dishwasher that doesn’t work, after the installer told us it would before he left. Then we have been unable to get someone else to come out and do it right. The last appointment— two weeks after the first — was canceled the night before. We rescheduled for 27 days later — the soonest available.

He told me that my dishwasher was somewhat in the US and is being shipped in 3 days, and the projected installation was in 3 weeks. I've been waiting for it 4 weeks already. Very poor customer service.

lazy installers.

Best Buy does not deliver of their install promises. They guys are trying to leave as fast as possible.

Painful

The plumber said the valves were up to code and should be fine, but the installation crew still wouldn't install the dishwasher if I didn't change the valves. Finally, after paying 350 usd to change the valves, the final installation crew said the old ones could have worked.

They screwed up big time and it’s still not resolved. I’m dealing with them and Sedgwick after spending hours calling and visiting Best Buy. They know they screwed up and are dragging their feet in compensating me. I’ll never have an appliance installed by Best Buy in this area again unless they fix the issue. I paid for install and lost a dishwasher valued at over $750 due to negligence.

Dishwasher started fine, but when I went to do a load of dishes on the night of the install the product did not work. This has been the worst experience of my adult life in buying a product ever. Its 12/12/2020 and I started the process to buy a new dishwasher at the end of October. So its finally in today and does not work. Customer service has been insane to work with, lies constantly.

A PIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

There was a series of problems starting with a lack of communication from the sales staff and I have not been compensated for the installation cost. I still Do not have the dishwasher or microwave connected after all of the balls dropped from sales staff to management. They all suck!

Poor follow up

The salesman id not tell us we need a different shut off value for the dishwasher. Had to reschedule but when we want to call reschedule recalled 3 days in a row and waited over 45 to 50 minutes on hold to talk to someone. Finally went into the store and took 1.5 hours to correct the issues.. Overall very disappointing experience with the scheduling and follow through

Horrible service with installation

We currently have a issue with it not being secured properly. Appointment was set for Tuesday, nobody showed up. No call nothing. Then we were told next appointment 2 weeks May 31 . Horrible service. We have spent close to $5000 In purchases. Plus we are Teck members . Need to improve service ASAP.

It would of been nice if they told us this in the store, complete waste of time. In addition those contractual were on the rude side with major communication issues.

The one thing the installer stated is that I do not need this kit as the dishwasher already comes with one. On the website it does not state that the reason that I purchased it. The only reason why I provided one star is that I would’ve have liked to be notified ahead of time this item is not needed before purchasing it.

They didn't show for the 2nd time, because of snow flurries. "You should have gotten a call last night." - Geek Squad. We did get the call - confirming the appointment. 4 months and 5 appointments after purchasing the appliances, they are still not properly installed. Your service is the worst I've ever come across. I'm at the point where I wouldn't buy a ream of paper from BestBuy.

Same Dishwasher was delivered on 2/16 with no install an or removal. Warranty that was on dishwasher shouldn't have been cancelled on 3/2/2021 from email I received. Can't nobody explain to me why it was cancelled.

Bad installation service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks like dishwashers were showing fault light due to dishwasher was not balanced properly on the ground but installation guys were not able to identify that , same thing happend with 3 dishwashers , at the end I had to tell them can you balance it properly and it started working otherwise they were blaming electricity supply in the house , not satisfied with the service at all

Scheduling need major improvements

The issue was the number of times I had an appointment and they didn’t show up, mind you they give you a 12 hour installation window. Then they would reschedule the appoint for the next day without any warning or heads up.l, again for a 12 hour window.

After dealing with the rude appliance manager at the Manchester, nh location and dealing with the store manager, and corporate headquarters my purchase was more than a headache. Please pay close attention to detail because the install price is almost the same price of the dishwasher! The man who was super nice was sent out alone to do the job of two men. This man needed help to get the dishwasher up the stairs and also into the truck.

Mess up

The door was not able to lay flat when opening the dishwasher... the person who installed dishwasher and the kit only noticed it after he finished with the complete installation. A mess up from the beginning! Many appliances are on back order.
