Dishwasher was never installed after numerous attempts. After the 3rd attempt due to a miscommunication and rude behavior with the 3rd party installer we decided to cancel the installation and and requested a refund from Best Buy. The 3rd party installation company that Best Buy has is pitiful. They are making Best Buy look really bad.

We tried two Thermador dishwashers, and both were terrible. They did not dry the dishes no matter what setting. The Pacific Sales staff knew nothing about the dishwasher and were of no help. The the technicians knew very little also. One of the dishwashers leaked, and we suffered damage to our kitchen cabinets due to poor installation. Horrible experience.

1 month after installation, the dishwasher kept turning off and would not come back on. Our local Best Buy store did nothing saying it was an online order problem! Called Seatown Electrical and it cost us 350.00 to determine the installers didn’t put the wire connectors fully on and they came loose after a month.. Poor service Best Buy

I had to have work done twice on installation water leaks and had to reininstall another piece pipe to get job done right cost 2x more than the dishwasher.

Install was not done properly. Front of machine sticks out on the top. Bottom is pushed in correctly with cabinet. Machine is not level

They brought the dishwasher out proper to their installations shutdown due to the virus, forgot pastas needed to complete the installation. We had to go to the store to pick up the needed parts. Then rescheduled it for a week later, then cancelled minute due to the aforementioned virus. Still sitting in the garage. And I'm going to have to pay a plumber to install the unit in a more timely fashion. Next time we use an appliance store.

Masterpro who Best Buy uses for installation did not install my dishwasher since they were trying to shake me down for money on my other appliances to install especially my range hood. After I did not agree they stormed out and left.

Took two months and both times installer came up with minor excuse to not install it. Re-schedules would be 3-4 weeks later. Kept trying to call, and was always put on hold for 30+ minutes because the store wouldn't take calls. Asked for a supervisor, was told they call back and never did. Eventually I just installed it myself. Complete disaster on Best Buy's part all the way around.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher, on November 4th. It was supposed to be installed on the 19th. I was hoping to use it by Thanks giving. No one ever showed up to install it after many posponed install appointments. I gave up and paid someone else to install it. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

This was a mess, they busted my cabinet and had it shoved in against the broken side of cabinet. Part of problem was that unknowingly the tile guys years ago did not tile under the dishwasher but in front of it. But there was plenty of room to lift up and out. My guy had no problem. I had to hire someone else to install it and fix the cabinet.

0 stars! Ruined my plumbing, had to call my own plumber to fix it. Still waiting to hear from someone regarding the claim I filed. Illegal to send someone that isn’t a plumber into my home to attempt to put in a dishwasher. No one will return my calls and I’ve been promised numerous things from everyone I call. I’m calling the BBB.

Yes Best Buy did install the dishwasher. Did what i thought was an ok job. Afterwards when the problems came. Had to have my handyman come out to change the drain tube and fix the hot water tank that was leaking because they shut off the water and turned off the gas. Make sure next time to check all their work before they leave

No one installed my dishwasher. When they arrived they told us they could not install it and had Best Buy on the phone to let them know. Best Buy told me I had to call again to get the installation refunded. I did. I have been trying to get refunded for this for a month l. Still nothing. Never shopping from here again. Horrible service

2 guys had no dolly so borrowed ours. Broke our waterline went to Lowe’s and tried to fix it. Finally went home and our son came from Texas and he and my husband installed the dishwasher. I know they tried

i am batting 0 for installation from Best Buy. this time i made sure and read through all the fine print. Well they found the loop hole upon arrival and no installation just like the last appliance. Myself and one of the kids did it. Thinking maybe they better get out of the appliance lines as they are still batting 0 for me. My next appliance I need and it needs to be installed i will go to a real appliance store. I should have learned my lesson last time. The excuses are very trivial .

Not the product the service was the problem. We waited too long after purchase for delivery and install.

The installer were very unprofessional. They did not complete the job. My dishwasher was not leveled correctly. I had two appointments for the installer to come back. They never showed up. It was very difficult to find someone to complain to. No one follows through with complaints.

I prepaid for the installation. The product was dropped and installer was afraid of breaking the existing connection. He asked me to bring a plummer to disconnect old equipment and then call back to get the installation done. Same day the plummer came and disconnected the old piece. Called several times to reschedule installation and never got an answer. I hired a plummer to connect it. BB should credit the cost of installation to my account and contact me to remedy the issue.
