This is 3rd dishwasher. Door was not installed correctly so it will not close without having to force it to the side. We need to have them come back and fix it. Also bought a refrigerator and has to send it back 3 times.

Very disappointed, the tech said he would be unable to install the dishwasher as my counter was 1/8th of an inch to low. Had my nephew install it with no problems.

I bought this dishwasher because you told me it was the only one available in bisque. It is (or appeared to be) identical to the one I was replacing. However there are many negative differences. I am extremely dissatisfied with the new one.

Delivery personnel “installed” Bosch dishwasher but did not connect the power correctly. Instead of pulling it out and checking the wiring, they simply deemed the dishwasher as “broken”. The replacement was scheduled come in 2 months! We called a local plumber who pulled out the dishwasher and connected it CORRECTLY. Dishwasher worked fine. Best Buy would not compensate me for the time or money lost due to their poor service.

unit has not yet been installed. long time after purchase. will be installed hopefully on 3/16/2022.

I bought a very highly rated and expensive dishwasher. the installer talked to me several times before the installation. I had a guest staying at my condo as I could not be present. after the installer left my guest called me and said the handle of the dishwasher was blocking my kitchen cabinet silverware drawer. the guest told the installer about this but he said he put it back as far as it will go!!!! he never called me or anything. now this dishwasher has rust specks in it only after 1wash

Was not happy they told me I needed to hire a plumber because the pipe on the old dishwasher did not fit the new one. I find that hard to believe but asked them to do the work and I understood it would be an additional charge. They said they could not do it so i called a plumber not to adjust the pipe under the old dishwasher but to do the entire installation. So much for the Free installation promo Best Buys was running.

Installer told me if I didn’t have GFI outlet I’d void my warranty! So cancel and get electrician to come and reschedule install or he just happened to have one on truck he could install! City building department told me only new construction would need. He also charged me for brackets to attach to the countertop which don’t come with Bosch? I ended up calling company on Monday and weeks later they refunded me the Xtras he sold me when I told them I was going to contact Best Buy.

OMG, they rescheduled me six times. I had to take six days off from work after waiting for the whole day; calling customer service, and they told me it was canceled and we needed to reschedule six times! That was awful. When they finally came, they did a great job installing it, fast and effective.

Best buy sent a 3rd party to install new dishwasher. He could not complete. Stated dishwasher pump broken. Left my home stating call best buy. Another person came the next day and found incomplete installation. Floor also damaged. One monrh later still dealing with Sedgwick and 3rd party intermediary to have my floor fixed. They delay returning phone calls and tell me its in someone elses hands. Floor still with 3 by 3 inch chip out in front of dishwasher Totally unprofessional will not do business with best buy again..

They were supposed to deliver and install between 7 am - 1 pm. I got a call around 10 am from the service guy that they are really swamped and will deliver and install between 2 pm - 4pm. The main guy had an attitude when he got there. If i ever purchase another large appliance from Best Buy, I am requesting not to send that company!

I would give Best Buy delivery and install negative stars if I could. Twice they didn’t show or call. Then when they finally came, the installer refused to install. I followed the prep guide exactly. Installer made up new preparations on the spot. I will never use their delivery and install service again.

The installers simply couldn’t work with the building’s rules re: deliveries. The first time they were scheduled between noon and 4:00. They arrived after 5:00 and Security had closed the loading dock. The second time they tried to deliver before 7:30 a.m. I kept telling them about our loading dock & freight elevator rules (and the fact that I had to reserve both for deliveries) but they simply couldn’t cope. And this is hardly the only building in Boston that has these rules.

The worst dishwasher ever, bought mine 6 months ago and when I run the Samsung dishwasher the at the end of the cycle when finished there’s still lots of water in the bottom of it.. plus the company is giving me the run around they have no one to come fix it in my area.. trust me but a Kitchen Aid or a Busch there the best! I totally got rip off from this company.

Good customer service. Dish washer was not installed because the outlet was not a proper outlet for appliance.

Installer had to add plug because he didn’t have the correct parts..

The dishwasher I bought was great, however the installer lacked knowledge, state I had to remove floor for him to install the unit, just so he could come back and get paid a 2nd time, joke was on him, I did let him come, another installer did who got the unit to fit without any problems

There was no install. When it was delivered, they refused to install the dishwasher.

Wish I could have given this 0 stars... Do not waste the money on having the third party company they use install any appliances for you!!! You will save more money and aggravation just hiring someone else! They are awful!!! Their customer service doesn’t communicate and are beyond rude, the installers made a mess, ended up ruining the pipes on sink which caused leaking everywhere and expected me to wait 4 days for them to come fix. Do not waste the time with them!

Disappointed ! We bought a Bosch dishwasher because they were supposed to be a better quality product , but it does not dry the dishes! When the cycle is over the dishes are soaking wet. First dishwasher I have owned in 45 years that doesn’t dry dishes! Having it replaced and hope the new one works properly
