    When the service installers arrived, I was told my dishwasher would not fit. They would not even try and install it. You could tell they were in a hurry and just wanted to leave, especially since they called me 2 hours earlier and wanted to come then. They then wanted to take the dishwasher and leave and not even take my old one. I made them at least take the old one and leave the new one. After they left, I ended up installing the dishwasher myself with the help of a friend.

    They had to come out a second time because the first installer did not install the dishwasher properly! Be careful with the 3rd party installer BestBuy sends out!!!

    Dishwasher cleaning is ok however the dishes are still wet when wash is completed.

    Doing the installation of the product, I was informed by the installers that I would need to hire a plumber because they are not allowed to touch copper plumbing. I wish the salesperson would have informed me of this requirement before I purchased the installation package. I am not able to rate the installation farily.

    Missed 2 days of work

    I had to miss 2 days of work because the first installer cracked a hose jamming in the washing machine. I was forced to sit another week without a dishwasher waiting for the part. I was forced to miss another day of work because they gave me a 4hr window. The second installer left my new dishwasher with grease and gross fingerprints all over. Extremely sloppy work by both.

    Installation was a mess. the installers came and could not install the dishwasher I ordered because they said they were not plumbers. second attempt was not successful either.

    I had a brand new Bosch dishwasher installed. When the installer installed the dishwasher, it was forced into place resulting the display panel to be scratched in multiple places from the countertop. It works but no one likes to get a brand new piece of equipment and have it look used from day one. Reported it to my local best buy but the salesman is now gone and was to be giving me a discount in the form of a gift card. It had been over month and half now since that process was started and still no word.

    It took over two two months to complete the installation of my dishwasher, including three separate installation visits and HOURS on calls with Customer Service. It was a very poor experience and several of Best Buy reps have been really unhelpful throughout the process.

    The installation had something to do with the failure initially to operate when turned on. A lot of reading and experimentation solved the problem.

    They installed the new dishwasher and took away the old one without my consent. The old one does not belong to me. I need it back.

    The first dishwasher they brought was damaged, the second is installed crooked. Dealing with them on the phone has been a hassle. Very disappointed.

    The dishwasher is great, however, getting through a reschedule event where the installer and Best Buy were not connected took a many days and phone calls to resolve.

    Our dishwasher hose was installed with out a loop and now it will not drain. Even worse when I called today - bb is trying to schedule as a regular install. One would expect priority scheduling since the reason the DW doesn't work is because the install was not done correctly to begin with. It got worse - I ask to be transferred to supervisor and was left on hold for over 25 minutes - very disappointed. So with Christmas dinner right around the corner - I suppose I will be ha d washing dishes !!

    Very limit days able to install a dishwasher

    Due to installation only available on Wednesdays I had to take a day off. Persons were scheduled to deliver along with 3 other new appliances and despite getting a confirmation the day before, they cancelled the same day. Rescheduled again and never showed. It took three attempts to have my stove delivered. I ended up hiring my own person to install due to the limitations on days available to install and the screw up not once but twice by Best Buy!

    Cooktop was loose, oven was mounted off and ruined my baseboard and cabinets when installing my dishwasher. I had to call the company to come again and fix issue. When I asked the installers why a horrible job they said they were in a rush. Unacceptable for the amount I paid for all appliances and the added installation fees

    I specifically asked for an early appointment since my wife and I work from home and we have meetings scheduled throughout the day. I re-arranged my meetings for that day and cleared also my morning schedule. Instead of arriving between 7a-12p, the installers came at 12:30 and did not finish until 1:45p. The icing on the cake was that the dishwasher was defective and couldn’t even power on.
