My fiancé collects the steelbook sets for movies and we both love this movie so it was a no brainer to get this edition. Sadly, the art on the disk itself is lame, but the case is awesome.

District 9 is a gritty, compelling, and moving story. The blu ray nicely captures the great picture and audio quality. Plus the stellbook edition is a nice touch for fans of the film.

This is a good movie... It stars off as the government trying to get ride of all aliens located in District 9 but then takes a turn to show you how it feel if the shoe was on the other foot!

I love this movie and the steelbook just makes it better and more fun to collect. The movie looks great on blu-ray.

This is an amazing movie done in a 'documentary' style that occasionally makes you forget it's a movie. Other than the gratuitous use of the 'f-bomb' far more than I felt was necessary (personal opinion and the reason I only gave it four starts) I highly recommend this film.

This movie is a classic. The storytelling is brilliant, the special effects are top notch, and the performances are wonderful. A truly quality movie, and a new age sci-fi Classic.

Great movie, but the steelbook is only ok and arrived damaged so it was returned. Will pick up again if it goes on sale.

Fantastic video and audio upgrade from the Blu-ray, even the CGI looks better than current movies and it's 11 years old.

Epic 4k. I have been waiting for this movie to come out on 4k for a long time. Highly, recommend you check this one out.

Neil Blomkamp's debut is a stunning movie that will leave you pondering the meaning of it all for a while after it's finished. Never saw this in theaters, but heard great things about it so gave it a blind buy. Glad I did! Cool steelbook packaging was a plus.

Exciting movie to watch! Kind of feel sorry for the aliens that are being treated inhumanely just for the benefit of military weapons. You cheer on the aliens in this movie!
