I did not expect to be amazed by this film, to be frank. But wow did it ever. The story line is addicting. I wanted more at ever turn, and this movie delivered. Leonardo Dicaprio did an amazing job, as always. The gunfights and bar scenes are a blast to the past. I recommend this to any movie collector.

If you didn't watch Django Unchained in a theatre, I highly recommend you buy the Blu ray version immediately ! This movie is so enjoyable and just shows how great Tarantino is as a writer and directer. D.U is now in my top 10 list of favorite movies. Just as good if not better than The other movies he has made.

I bought this movie in DVD because money was tight. It was a very well made and enjoyable film but I wish I was able to buy it on Blue-ray. At certain scenes I was left wishing that I was viewing this film at 1080p. If you have seen this film before and you know that you enjoy it then I recommend buying the blue-ray version unless money is tight.

As most of Tarantino's movies, this is a quality production, packed with action and superb acting! If you enjoyed "Pulp Fiction" or "Reservoir Dogs", and aren't afraid of blood, or racy dialog, you will enjoy this one. If you hated the "Hateful Eight", leave this one be...

Quentin Tarantino writes and directs a masterful western. While remaining faithful to the western format; Quentin infuses his signature brand of film noir. The film looks amazing on Blu-ray and the included ultraviolet disc allows you to burn a copy of the film to you computer and any mobile devices.

I love Quinten Tarantino films. And this was a different one for sure but it is definitely worth seeing. The acting was fabulous, the story was unique, and the action was awesome.It has a lot of blood and guts and some of the violence was hard to watch. But it was a great movie just not for little kids.

Jamie Foxx did an outstanding performance in this movie, which dealt with slavery. Leonardo DiCaprio also starred in this 2012 movie that was rated #1, It shows how a freed slave returned to free his wife form her "owner". This movie held my attention from beginning to end.

This has fastly become one of my favorite movies. My husband and I watch it all the time. This was brilliantly written. I would and currently do recommend that you watch this awesome movie. Don't go rent it, buy it. You won't regret this purchase at all. Go, do it now. Stop reading this and go.

The performance by Christopher Waltz is in and of itself worth the price of the disc. The entire cast is simply brilliant and the only weak performance is the small cameo appearance by Tarantino himself. I found this to be a nearly flawless film, one of Taratino's best.

loved it enjoyed every minute of it the story was beautiful told and the actors were very good didn't want it to end the tiger was really scary but so beautiful felt like you were there , my husband said we can watch it again in a couple of month's ,every I talked to about it really liked the movie

I'm a Quentin Tarantino movie fan and this was another one I'm happy to add to my collection. Plenty of action, Tarantino humor and excellent acting from the cast. Plus Samuel L. Jackson !! The movie got just a little silly in a few parts towards the end, but all in all, it doesn't disappoint.

You never know what to expect from Tarantino films, but what do you expect is great dialog and over the top leading actors that you can believe. That's exactly what Tarantino delivers. Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, who won an award for his performance, and Leonardo DiCapario. A must have Blue-ray.

Without a doubt this is a must see movie for a tarintino fan or western or action fan. Also great performance from Jamie Fox. The story follows jamie as a slave trying to get to his wife also a slave and gain her freedom and making everyone pay along the way.

This movie has its gory moments, but it tells its story from a different and unusual perspective. Leonardo DiCapprio plays a hateful character in masterful fashion. The costumes are well done, as are the visual effects. This movie definitely holds your attention. Highly recommended.

I love this movie. It's one of Quentin Tarrintino's best and the storyline and acting is amazing. If you are a fan of any of his other works like Inglorious Bast...... or Pulp Fiction you will love this movie. Christophe Waltz won the Oscar for best supporting actor in this movie.

I will admit I didn't want to see it cause it was to long. But I finally seen it and man I wish I had saw it in the theater. It didn'teven feel like it was that long. Love the action, the story line is incredible. Jamie Foxx has really became a great actor.

Everybody has their opinions about this movie, especially when it comes to race. I think it was a great movie. Its perfect for date nights or hanging with friends. If you're not so up tight about slavery then this is for you.

Slavery was beyond terrible here in the U.S. This movie has some issues, but at its core it's a hero's journey that feels a bit better than the average because it's nice seeing a freed slave moving about society and killing cruel slave owners. We can talk about how two wrongs don't make a right until we're blue in the face, but an eye for an eye feels great here in this world of fiction.

This guy is a genius! The film is so dynamic that it will keep you on the edge of your seat while simultaneously keeping you relaxed, laughing, crying, fuming, and more! In all seriousness there is a lot of language, blood, and all that stuff so be forewarned and enjoy

I would recommend setting some time aside to watch this film as it's a little longer than the usual, but it's worth the watch. There's some great actors and good acting in it. One of my favorite Tarantino movies, and a must watch for fans of his work.
