This is great film and it is an amazing price! The acting is superb and the storyline keeps you engaged. It has just enough action to keep you on your toes and a little pieces of comedy sprinkled to keep it light. Not good for kids but a fun film for adults!

Jamie fox, Leonardo Dicaprio, Sam Jackson, and Christoph Waltz are more than enough to make for a good movie. This movie was fantastic and it's full of foul language and violence like any good Tarantino film. Saw when it came out on Christmas day and I had to buy it.

I enjoyed watching Django at the movie and i made it my business to purchase the DVD to add it to my collection. Jamie Foxx, Samuel Jackson, and John Wopat, and Leonardo DiCaprio, and Kerry Washington, and Christoph Waltz really played their roles well. I give this movie 5 stars!

I have never seen the original, but I thought it was an amazing movie. Western movies are not popular anymore, hopefully this movie will inspires more westerns. The movie is a tad long, but it is a Quentin Tarantino's movie so what can you except.

My favorite Tarantino movie is inglorious b***erds (best buy won't let me say a bad word, even though they sell it), but Django is up there. It follows the same format as most Tarantino movies, chapters or parts, tons of violence and some dark humor.

So normally I don't like Quentin Tarantino movies, but this one is one of the few. It's almost impossible not to like Christopher Waltz. I think the story is pretty good and the movie doesn't shy away from the portrayal of how slaves were treated. The reason it loses a star is just that the violence is over the top, in some ways gratuitous. If they had toned it down from a 10 to an 8, it's totally a 5-star movie.

The latest Quintin Terrantino release to DVD has to be the best! I saw this film in the theater and liked it so much, I HAD to have the DVD to share with friends on the home theater! If you can handle some vulgarity and plenty of action with a great plot, look this DVD up!

It was quite a different type of movie than I'm used to. It was funny and suspenseful, therefore it kept me ingaged enough to watch it. I was interested in it enough to want to keep watching, and that's hard for me to do normally!!

I can't believe I waited until 2017 to watch this movie. This came out back in 2012. I'm far over due in watching it. Not only is the acting good and the cast amazing but it comes in steelbook packaging. It's a must own to your collection!!

If you are offended by racial comedy this movie is not for you. This movie is hilarious with many OMG moments that make you laugh so hard you re-watch the scene because you can't believe someone had the guts to write this script. No, nobody brought an extra bag!

Jamie Fox does a fantastic job. I love the movie and rank it as one of Tarrantino's best. I don't think he got the credit he deserved for this due to his use of certain profanities but what exactly did you expect from one of his movies?

Great movie! Full of action, some comical moments. Tarantino does it again with another hit. Not just another shootem' up style of movie. Twists and turns you weren't expecting.

Jamie Foxx has become a better actor over the years in my opinion and this is one of his best.

This is one of my favorite Quentin Tarantio films! Such and awesome comeback story with the flare of Tarantino's direction! Great Movie! Don't watch if your easily offended with foul and offensive language, graphic violence, or nudity.

Laugh out loud funny in places, cover your eyes gruesome in places, action, suspense, stylish cinematography...this movie has everything a Tarantino fan loves. Video and audio on Blu-ray are top notch. I'm not much for all the special features so I can't comment on them.

another excellent tarantino film. unfortunately i was in a rush when i was looking for the hateful eight and grabbed this by mistake. if i didn't already have it i would have kept it. i returned it later that day. either way....very good movie.

Another grand slam from Quinten Tarantino! He once again brings to the screen a touchy subject As in inglorious with the germans. This time he takes on slave ownership and Mandingo fighting in the south at the turn of the century. Definitely worth watch and owning!

I just watched Django way after its release and the Oscars & wanted what the hype was about. I was blown away. It's a classic Tarantino film with all the gore and firepower. My wife and I absolutely loved it

One of Quentin Tarantino"sbest. If you like westerns and are a fan of the old spaghetti westerns. Then this movie is for you. If you are not a fan of Tarantino's work (and I can't imagine why not) then this movie is not for you. Otherwise check it out and enjoy........

a unique take on early US history and slavery. very fun film to watch as well as very retrospective. the transfer and features were great. although not tarantinos best film, it is still enjoyable. still waiting for the kill bill whole bloody affair blu ray
