Too hot and short shots
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product is too expensive. And it's so hot you can't get a long take video. Shooting stopped after only 4 minutes 22 seconds at 4k 60 frames. And you can't take any pictures until the heat is gone. I think the price of this product should come down by $200. But the idea of sticking with magnets is really cool. And there is wear and tear on the part that is attached to the magnet.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. DJI Action 2 is designed to be compact and highly integrated. Therefore, when recording a high-bitrate video for a long time, the camera unit emits much heat. If the device prompts “Device overheated. Unable to record.”, we recommend that you go through the steps below to extend your shooting duration.
1. Lower the video resolution or frame rate.
2. To record a high bitrate video for a long time, we recommend that you attach the camera unit to the front touchscreen module or power module.
