Very small and portable, love the magnetic design.

The video is great and i love how its just a little cube like device you can put anywhere and record or take pictures of your friends and family. The issues are that the camera overheats itself and gets pretty hot. Then the other issue is sometines it will take a slower picture then usual though.

This is a pretty good camera and with the case included helps with the heat/shutoff problem. things I don't like is there is no way to charge the camera without a module attached to it and the modules are not waterproof and the main camera has limited storage and no sd slot which is on the detachable piece crazy...But overall it works great and it does the job and for $299 it was well worth it but not $519...

This action camera is far the best easy to attach and relocate for different shots possible. I love this camera so much because of its ease of use. The possibilities to move around with this camera is amazing. The microphones are sensitive and picks up sound very well. Highly recommend it.

Amazing camera. All you do is set the quality you want, click record, and the camera does the rest. RockSteady is pretty great, I use it on my FPV drone and it smooths out any flips, rolls, and sharp turns. Unfortunately BestBuy stopped carrying it, so after busting it up in a crash I got store credit instead of a replacement.

I was really excited about this product but was really disappointed. Don't get me wrong the vide quality is fantastic but overall it was a disappointment. The unit gets really really hot that's the first thing the second is the clip on idea I was really excited about but it failed miserably. The angle that it snaps on makes the video angle incredibly difficult. It was always pointed at the ground no matter what I did. Ive owned many go pros in my time and I thought this would be an even better product but it just didn't meet my expectations. I was disappointed because I had planned on using it for work to make tutorial videos.

I own many action cameras and this one is excellent quality. It does have a problem with getting very hot, but I have not had it stop working on me do due heat. I mostly use it for FPV drone flight and as long as you don't crash, it's great for that. If you want something small that takes great 4K video, I'd recommend it.

It's hard to review this product. On one hand, it's a clear example of DJI's boldness into new categories. However, the execution isn't flawless. For example, while you're technically able to record to the SD card in the module connected to the main camera, if you bump it too much (car mount for example), your video is now corrupt. Best to record to internal storage and then transfer over. Personally, I love that there isn't any app that's required. You can just operate it all on its own with all the features and functionality. It's compatible natively with the DJI Mic (their best product IMO) which is a real selling point, but you have to have a module attached to use it. If you're going solo with just the main camera, you're stuck with the onboard mic or having to sync up audio later. At the sale price point, it's a no brainer to have as a portable action cam, but at their suggested retail, it's really hard to justify. The next version will be a real winner I'm sure, wait for that if you can.

I own a Insta360 Go2, but also bought this out of curiosity and I love this camera. I use it with the second screen all the time for the extra battery power and expandable storage. The best part is that you can hang it on a magnetic necklace that comes included and do things hands free, which the Go2 can also do but not a GoPro (as of this review), This is my favorite action camera right now because the lens and image quality is very good for it's size. It does overheat immediately in California weather after 10 seconds of recording in 4k so I lowered it down to 2.7k (same as the max setting for the Go2) and it has not overheated since.

Good value as I got this cam on a recent sale. Beautiful compact design, premium feel. Menu and setup are well thought out, fits well inside DJI ecosystem. Image quality so far have been on par with competing action cams. Quality wise think mobile phone for reference.

Beautiful camera with a great form factor. The only thing I wish was that it ran a little bit cooler, and that the bottom unit base was waterproof as well. Having to charge it by having the unit together is also a drag but understandable. Otherwise great features light and easy to use!

Great little actin camera. I can take it anywhere without attracting attention. I mainly use it on my drone which it works perfect for.

Tiny and small compared to gopro which is big and wont fit in your pocket. Stand alone camera cube last only about a little over an hour depending on settibgs and outsode temperature. Downside is the second unit which attached to the bottom is not waterproof and is essential in charging the main cube camera....i like it because its small and travel friendly and shoots great video i also bought it because ir was on sale at best buy for a little over 360.00$ .

I ditched the GoPro for this camera! This my go to now for all me blog videos! Compact and does the job. People complain of overheating issues. Most action cams have these issues. I don’t use it for long periods so overheating has never been an issue for me but it does heat up. Something to consider but for such power in a compact package it’s a home run in my book!

Good camera with a few items that keep it from being great. - second screen isn't water resistant. - Can't use both built in memory AND SD card simultaneously, has to be switched manually. - can only record at highest resolution for 4 minutes. - overheats no matter what.

Despite all the overheating issues this camera still has from time to time, I still consider it a very good camera. You see, it only overheats when you've been recording for 7+ minutes straight. If you're recording in 4k 60fps, it'll heat up faster. That's why I I record in 2k 60fps. Also, you don't want to use this as your main camera all the time. This camera is perfect for B roll, but not for your main footage.

Forget other reviews. This action cam is awesome. It doesn’t over heat like others have said. I was worried about overheating, but I really don’t believe YouTubers anymore. They all have some financial gain or incentive. Also, it works great on my 2.5” Cinewhoop! I don’t regret my purchase.
