    Batteries are defective! Wouldn’t charge, dont waste your time or money with this. Sadly we had high hopes, hence the multiple attempts in getting a “good one”

    Fly away drone with in the first week of use!

    I lost my drone on the third day of use… I lost reception completely and I had to pay for it out of pocket the for lost…the drone was only 60 yards away… I have a video showing that I lost reception and still had to pay DJI $499 for a replacement. If I did not have the video I would have paid full price. I have over 5 years experience… I know for a fact and video that the controller and drone lost connection it wasn’t my fault… I had the drone for three days…. Lost drone (fly away drone) n lose money…….

    Bad gimbal drone

    Very nice fancy drone, the fixtures are amazing really have some fun while it last. After using in for about a month the gimbal started getting stuck and giving me some error while flying (second drone with the same issue), also the communication didn’t work very well either was hard to change setting while the drone was flying like changing from video to pictures, it takes a while to change around 3-5 minutes to change sometimes never did it. Unfortunately this is my second drone same brand same issue. I had insurance on it and I decided to returned back, to much money for something that can get broken very easy.

    A very good and updated drone. The main problem is that the active track feature is lost at higher frame rates which is really disappointing. And you have to download the app through the website.

    Restocking Fee for Defective Product

    Be very careful with buying a drone from Best Buy. They charge you a restocking fee if you return product that is defective. I had a defective drone straight out of the box and had to deal with this fee. The disclaimer is very easy to miss when purchasing online. Staff quickly points out that you "signed" a release for the stocking fee. I would understand if someone flew the drone and broke it right away. But this never even flew. Defective camera right out of the box. DJI instructed me to return the faulty product.

    If you want pics/vids thing again...

    SD card is constantly unreadable (says need to format it) when trying to transfer pics/vids to Windows. Reformat, start over, make sure stop recording before drone turns off and right back to "need to format". Same whether you take the card out and use a reader or connect the drone directly. And same for internal memory. (works fine within the app, but with no way to offload.....) Unless you just want a toy to zip around with (and not getting great range at that, same for battery) it is a very expensive exercise in worthless.

    DJI makes it so you cannot fly nearly anywhere due to its geofencing restrictions. It's unlikely that they will ever reverse this and it will likely get worse. You are extremely limited on where you can fly.

    Disappointed

    Easily have lost connection. RTH works intermittently, but most times just sits, hovers and doesn't come home. Motor overheat/check propellors & proceed with caution error with every set of blades.

You may find it through Settings -Safety - Advanced Safety Setting- Lost Signal. If not, you may check whether there is a restricted zone nearby or you are in?
