The FPV came with no flight instruction, no reference of the virtual training, nor any mention of the virtual training being an app other than DJI Fly. I own a Mavic Mini and have about 70 hours on it so I decided I'd be okay to fly. Be warned: this drone does not launch the same way the Mini does - even in normal mode. I pulled the sticks in to start the rotors and everything was fine. When I added throttle the little beast took off in a fury - straight into the side of my house because panic. No hover. No time to breathe. Just... ZOOM. Poor thing is mangled (pic attached). This thing is probably great. I did a ton of research before making a purchase and was very excited to take off. But now I'm about $2k into a drone (and warranty costs) that I haven't flown and won't be able to until DJI Care turns a replacement around. Oh - and BUY DJI CARE.

Great Drone. Lots of fun. Thai drone is not for video and still shots for commercial use. It can take video and photos but not with a quality you’d be looking for. I also purchased the Air 2s for this purpose.

If you have ever wondered what it would be like to fly around like a bird, well you no longer have to wonder. DJI FPV Combo drone that made that a possibility and let me tell it is truly an experience. I have always been a drone enthusiast and loved flying drones around but never had the opportunity to fly one like this and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing the experience was, and to soar to new heights. The DJI FPV Combo with the goggles allows you to see what your drone’s camera captures and lets you experience everything from a bird’s eye view. Let’s go over some of the features, PROS and CONS of the DJI FPV Drone. Unboxing and Setup: The DJI FPV Combo includes everything you need for your out of this world experience. The combo includes the FPV drone, the DJI Goggles, and the DJI remote control. The kit comes with extra propellers and extra controller sticks, charging cables, charging brick, and a USB cable to connect to your phone or computer. The setup process is rather simple. Before you begin the setup process, you will need to download the DJIFLY app. The app will guide you through the setup and activation process. ***THE DRONE WILL NOT FLY WITHOUT THE ACTIVATION PROCESS***. Once the setup, installation and activation process are complete you are ready to fly. Features: Flight Modes- So, like I had mentioned before I have some experience flying drones, but this was my first time operating an FPV drone and it does take some getting used to. DJI has made this drone so that even a novice can safely operate the drone without crashing into things. The drone has 3 intuitive flight modes. The N or Normal mode allows for more traditional controls along with obstacle sensing, which has actually saved my drone a couple of times, is ideal for even beginners. The S for Sport, and M for Manual are the other two modes of flight. These modes offer limitless control, allowing you to perform stunts or anything you can think off all while getting the dynamic look of FPV. Emergency Braking and Hover Mode and Safety Features- This FPV drone comes equipped with an Emergency Brake and Hover mode, a feature I personally love. While operating this drone things do tend to get a bit out of hand, you just want to take this thing full speed and see this baby can do. At any point if things start to get overwhelming, or feel like your losing control, just press the hover button. Pressing the Hover button will stop and bring the drone to hover mode, and if you press and hold the Hover button it will automatically bring the drone back home and land the drone safely. This button has saved my drone a couple of time. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this feature. The DJI FPV drone has tons of security and safety features built-in to ensure safe operation. Some of the other safety features include Smart Return to Home, Low Batter Return to Home, Forward and Downward Obstacle Avoidance, Emergency Braking and Hover and Auxiliary Light which turns on automatically during low light flights. Video Quality and Transmission- The FPV drone records video at 4K/60fps up to 120 mbps with built-in auto gimble, and transmits crystal clear image to the googles from a very impressive distance of up to 6 miles. The camera on the drone has a built-in auto gimble, but also allows for manual control from the remote. The drone and the google both have a micro SD slot so that you can capture and store stunning imagery. The FPV drone offers rock steady stabilization and distortion correction allowing you to record the perfect image. PROS- Multiple Flight Modes Emergency Braking, Hover, Obstacle Avoidance and RTH – Best options in my opinion FPV via the Goggles 4K Video Quality Clear image over long distance Solid Build Quality 9 hour battery on remote 3 hour batter on goggles CONS- 20 Minute Battery Life for the Drone So, in my opinion this is just an amazing drone that offers a First-Person View that is suitable for anyone from a beginner to an expert, from a video content creator to someone just looking to fly for fun. My experience with this drone has been awesome. I would recommend anyone in the market for a drone to definitely give the DJI FPV Combo a shot. You will not be disappointed. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING THE VIDEO BELOW FOR A TUTORIAL. Tutorial Video: https://www.dji.com/dji-fpv/video

This was my very first drone. I did not do any research before this purchase. It’s takes close to 2.5 hours to fully charge the drone battery. And the longest flight time was around 10 minutes. In order for you to be able to fly this drone for longer times you have to buy the “fly more kit” which gives you two additional batteries. The camera was pretty good but not what I would expect. 2.5 hours for 10 minutes of fun isn’t worth the wait. The range is limited you’re not going far with this thing. it’s meant for racing I believe. It looks cool but the set up took a long time and I had to watch several YouTube lessons just to take off. I returned my purchase after talking to Dji customer support I wanted to be sure that I wasn’t missing anything from my end. I wound up buying the Mavic 3 instead.

One of the first things they tell you in the instructions for the DJI FPV drone is that the device is not a toy. After a few days of fooling around with it, I’m not entirely sure I can agree with that. It’s true that the drone has the power, maneuverability, and advanced features you’d expect from a professional drone platform. But at the end of the day, the key objective with this drone seems to have been to build something fun rather than something practical. Usually I wouldn’t talk too much about the unboxing experience, but in this case I feel it’s worth it as it turned out to be far more involved than I initially expected. Since this drone is large and fast enough to require registration it’s not something you can just pick up and fly immediately. Before the thing will even work you need to create an account with DJI and permanently bind the drone to it, something which proved a lot more involved than expected since the version of the required DJI Fly app that you can download from the Google and iPhone app stores isn’t the one which supports the FPV drone. For all I know this is something that only early adopters like me will have to deal with, but in case it’s not I’ll try to save you a few hours and let you know that the correct version can be downloaded from DJI’s website. Once this was done and the drone was activated firmware updates were required for each of the three parts in the combo, a process which took about half an hour in total and drained a good chunk of the batteries for the headset and drone. Once I’d gotten the unit ready to fly though, the overall user experience improved dramatically. In what I’d assume was an effort to keep weight down, the FPV doesn’t use the folding prop design found in some of their other popular offerings. It opts instead for relatively stubby fixed props which, while quite powerful, feel noticeably more fragile and really need to be removed when the drone isn’t in use for their own protection. To make this as easy as possible they’ve adopted a toolless design that lets you pop them on or pull them off just by pressing down and twisting the rotor, making setup in the field a breeze. The controller is perhaps the most ergonomic drone controller I’ve ever used, opting for a streamlined ergonomic design closer to what you’d get from a high-end gaming console than the typical bricks that come with most RC vehicles. And all the controls are well textured and laid out to allow you to find them even with your eyes closed, a necessity given that you’ll likely be flying with the included FPV goggles on most of the time. The screens are sharp and bright, lag times are exceptionally low (though definitely still noticeable when the range opens up or you start pulling off complicated maneuvers) and it’s light enough to keep it from being a nuisance. And the image quality you get from the drone with DJI’s digital FPV system is a marvel to behold. I’ve tried a few FPV headsets like this before (almost all of which use analog signals rather than digital) and the difference between them and this is night and day. The image is clear, movement is crisp as can be, and the signal is rock solid. Unlike most of the drones which DJI has put out, which look built for level flight and hovering, the FPV has a distinctly angular built which makes it clear that its default mode is meant to be moving forward at high speeds. Don’t get me wrong, it can still hover when it needs to, but when you see it hanging in the air like that you can’t help but feel like it’s slightly disappointed in you for your choices. This more aggressive shape makes for an absolutely striking profile both in the air and on the shelf and is made even more impressive by the translucent gray fairing it ships with allowing you to see the tightly packed electronics inside.I almost immediately swapped out this fairing for the more visible bright green one that shipped in the box so that my spotter would have an easier time seeing it at a distance, which gave me the opportunity to look at the interior though, and I very much liked what I saw. As far as I could tell all the electronics within the drone are split into discrete and replaceable modules rather than assembled into a single board, with all those modules being held together by screws rather than glue or fragile plastic tabs like you’d get with most electronics these days. Fortunately, I have not yet crashed spectacularly enough to need to put this to the test, but I get the sense that it wouldn’t take a ton of effort to effect even major repairs to the unit if required. The drone also is where you run into a few of the potential weaknesses. The 4K camera mounted here is very good, producing sharp images and video even at speed, but you can’t help but get the sense that it’s there first and foremost to give you a better experience as a pilot rather than to take pictures. With other DJI drones you typically get a gimbal with 3 axes of rotation. This has only one – and it only allows for vertical adjustment. What’s more the 150-degree field of view it offers can’t help but make the images it captures look a bit fish-eyed compared to what you’d get from a Mavic or Phantom, and will catch the props in the frame if it’s pointed straight forward. To be clear I don’t necessarily think this is a bad decision. Given how fast this thing goes it’s probably not a smart idea to make it easier for the pilot to look away from where they’re moving. But it is something anyone looking to use this as a filming platform should consider when choosing which drone to go with. So, now that we’ve gotten all that out of the way, let’s talk about arguably the most important aspect of the FPV: How is it to fly it? Turns out there are three different answers for this, one for each of the flight modes the drone supports. N mode is tailored for beginners or anyone who wants to be sure they don’t end up embedding the FPV into a tree. Speed is held down, navigation aids such as automatic obstacle detection will do their best to stop you from doing anything too reckless, and the drone will handle the more complicated maneuvers on its own. It does feel a little bit like you’re flying with training wheels on at times, but if you’ve never tried FPV flight before this is probably the best way to do it while you get used to orienting yourself without being able to actually see the drone. I also found this to be the best mode to use when taking snapshots, as it was easy to take my time adjusting the drone and its gimbal to line up the shot I wanted. S Mode offers a punchier experience for more confident flyers who’d prefer not to have their hand held. Speed is still limited to about 2/3rds of what the aircraft can manage but most of the other safety features are turned off, giving you the freedom to do something a bit ill advised if you really want. This was probably the most fun mode to fly in for me as everything felt extremely responsive and the footage I got in the goggles was thrilling, but you definitely need to be a lot more aware of environmental factors such as wind and it drains the battery quite fast. While I managed to avoid smashing the drone there were definitely a few close calls that made me acutely aware of how easy it would be to do, particularly if you let yourself wander into tight quarters. It seems like it would be great for shooting video, but unfortunately I can’t really attest to the results as I ended up losing the clip I shot to file corruption brought about by me pulling the battery a little too soon after landing. And then there is M mode – which offers full manual control. M mode turned out to be a lot scarier than I expected going in. I’ve flown drones on manual before, but never one with this kind of raw speed at its disposal. I did not crash or destroy anything, which I consider to be a small triumph (and a great testament to how useful the built-in emergency brake on the drone can be,) but afterwards I was more than ready for the drone to go back to holding my hand for a bit. In the hands of someone more competent than me, the kind of high-speed acrobatics you can pull off with full manual control is probably one of the biggest selling points for this drone. But I think I’m going to be spending a bit more time in the simulator to brush up my skills before I try this again. So, now that all is said and done, who’s this for? I suspect that a lot of hardcore FPV enthusiasts aren’t going to be exceptionally interested in this. Not because there’s anything wrong with the drone for that purpose, but because so much of the hobby is based in this DIY approach where the drones are constantly being modified and improved on by their pilots/support team. And as easy as the FPV appears to be to work on, it’s all so carefully engineered and laid out that I don’t see it being particularly easy or even plausible to graft entirely new parts on. And as mentioned it’s a little too pilot-focused for me to recommend it primarily as a filming platform. Which means, unfortunately, I must contradict the instructions and say that this is mostly a toy. Or perhaps a starting point for something bigger. This drone probably isn’t going to be able to compete with purpose built racing drones. But I don’t think there are all that many people who would ever consider sticking with FPV drones if that was the only way for them to get into the hobby either. The DJI FPV is basically a showcase for how good this tech can really be and seems to be built to be just as approachable for a brand-new pilot as it is for someone who’s been flying drones for years. As a toy it will offer you all manner of thrilling, visceral experiences and fantastic views that can delight all ages in twenty-minute increments. There really is something majestic about being able to experience the great outdoors from a bird’s eye view, and if that’s all you want this is a fantastic way to get it.

    FPV Made Simple

This DJI FPV drone is my first experience with FPV but I have owned a DJI Mavic Mini for over a year now so I am fairly familiar with their smaller drones. With that said I am still very much a beginner when it comes to drones. FPV is just so immersive and a different experience when flying compared to regular drones but overall it is very fun. Setup: Out of the box it does take some time to get everything setup and charged up. The drone comes almost ready to go minus the propellers which are tool free install. Just push and twist them on. The headset needs all the antennas installed, strap installed, and the batteries charged. Once this is complete the drone battery needs charged. Finally, the joysticks on the controller need screwed into place and everything is ready to go. The disappointing part was that this setup does not come with any sort of carrying case. Considering the Mavic Mini combo came with one, I am a little disappointed there. Design (Drone and Goggles): The design of this drone is fairly unique. Being FPV, it needs to sit a little differently in the air with the camera at the forefront so it may look different compared to most other drones on the market. The structure feels very rugged and not so delicate which means this drone can likely take a good hit or two without any problems of something breaking aside from the propellers which you get two sets of. The goggles look very crazy when they are assembled on your face but the overall fit and finish is good. The comfort is satisfactory but not super plush. One great feature is the fact the goggles can save video in addition to the drone via Micro SD card. The goggles operate at 810p so video quality inside them is higher than standard “HD” so it allows you to see where the drone is going in great detail compared to just about anything else on the market. Controls: Just like other DJI drones the FPV has several flight modes. These changes the overall performance of the drone and how it reacts. Simple definitions below. (N Mode): Same flight mode used on other DJI drones. Suitable for users with little or no experience flying drones. (S Mode): Simplifies FPV flying for a thrilling and intuitive experience. It’s a hybrid setting that mixes normal and manual mode. Suitable for users with some experience flying drones. (M Mode): The full FPV flight control mode. Fun and challenging mode that is suitable only for users with experience flying FPV who know what they are doing. Suitable for flying in open areas. I think Sport mode is a good middle ground for most users given the speeds it allows to travel (60mph or so) and the maneuvers you can get in this mode. Obviously anyone with lots of drone experience will use manual mode to achieve the movements they would like. One important note is that battery life will decrease with each mode as the high speeds and quicker movements draw more power from the battery. The drone has a brake button which will stop the drone as quickly as possible. This is great if you get into a sticky situation and need to stop it where it is. Of course Return to Home (RTH) is present but this is a smarter version that works to calculate the distance at which you are and how much battery life is left. Video: The video specs of this drone are quite good. 150 degree FOV 4k camera at 60 fps with motion stabilization. This is a content creators dream setup pairing FPV with a high quality camera and stabilized video. Everything I shot was super smooth and looked great! DJI’s OcuSync 3.0 worked like a charm in giving super clear, real time video transmission at any reasonable distance. Again this transmission is roughly 810p at up to 120fps. App: I have never really had any issues with the DJI Fly app for Android. It provides the drone with firmware updates and also how to use the drones. You can also use the app to edit your videos on the go which is handy for quick edits. There is also a link where are you can get more accustomed to your drone. These are helpful to get used to the more advanced features on the drones. ALWAYS make sure the drone is up to date before going to fly. These updates can use a large part of the battery to do so unless you have a backup battery ready to go, you may miss out on a flight. Verdict: I am thrilled to have experienced FPV for the first time using this drone. Cruising around at relatively high speeds never felt so cool. It allows you to explore areas you may have never seen before (Within legal limits of course). DJI opened the world up to drones with the Spark and Mavic Mini so I believe this is just another chapter in the book of opening up users to FPV. It will get more people who have shied away from FPV because of the complexity to try it here with the DJI products.

SO SICK!!! See a like a lot but you get the whole combo! You want to get more batteries Forsure as they last about 12-15 min. Get the guard on Amazon to protect the gimble and the. Just practice and have fun!! Only been flying drone for a month and got this two weeks ago. In love. I didn’t want to fuss with a build your own and so glad I bought this. It’s wicked fun. Buy the total care package to extend your warranty and exchange period as I’m about to exchange my drone via a gust of wind letting the drone say hello to a building. (Check last pic) 5/26/22 Also consider other drones batteries lives at like 3-5 min vs 12-15+ and the camera being stable bcs that’s an fpv…not a cinematic drone. Just saying.

The DJI FPV drone is in a class by itself. I have owned the Phantom 3, the Mavic Pro and now the DJI FPV and I have to say the FPV is the first drone that I’ve had that feels like you’re truly flying. This drone is amazing in every sense of the word! Initial installation and setup of the drone was relatively painless. I had a small issue getting my phone to recognize the drone during initial setup but I quickly realized it was because my phone was below 20% battery. So bit of advice when you’re setting up, have a fully charged phone! All the instructions were clear and concise and the added tutorials in the apps themselves along with the flight training is a very solid way to introduce anyone to the drone. This drone is very robust and sleek compared to the Mavic and bulky Phantom. The new controller no longer has a hookup for your phone since this model utilizes the FPV googles. This is the first drone I’ve used that has a FPV google set and I’m absolutely hooked. I never really realized how connected you could be to the drone using a headset. The FPV makes you feel free as a bird. Initial first flight was so mind blowing. When the drone powers up it sounds like it means business! Once in the air I was just absolutely thrilled with the flying sensation. The ability to dive quickly and bank and turn at relatively high speeds is such a difference from drones I’ve owned previously. Dont get me wrong the Mavic Pro is a nice drone and I’ll continue to use it for photos but it pales in comparison to the experience of flying the DJI FPV. The transmission is crystal clear and beautiful the entire time with little to no latency and the quality of the photos and video are just unreal. Slow motion videos with 4k capabilities, burst photos etc, it does it all and we haven’t even gotten to M mode yet. This drone is special because it can do things that a lot of other previous DJI drones could not which is marry video flight with barrel rolls and flips to make some really beautiful videos. But let me be clear Manual Mode is no joke. The Flight App that you can download from DJI allows you to train yourself in how the mode is different and how to master it. There are time trials, flight simulations, free flight and tutorials all designed to make you a pro before you put your $1200 dollar drone out in the real world. I found the app very enlightening and I’m very happy I used it before I took it outside for my first M flight, if not it would been disastorous. But once you truly get the hang of M mode it’s like a whole new drone all over again. I am looking forward to really spending some time mastering M mode to make some truly special videos. Get a carrying case and get more batteries. The one battery it comes with is not sufficient, but if you’ve ever owned a drone before you know this. All in all I am absolutely thrilled with the DJI FPV drone. It finally to me is what a drone from DJI should have felt like from the start. Obviously it took years of development to get here but now that the FPV is here I am excited to see what the future holds for drone flight from this company. I highly recommend this drone, I can’t recommend it enough!

This thing is pretty great. This is my first FPV drone. But, I've been amazed how much fun this thing is! Highly recommend.

Introduction: I’m going to start off this review by saying that this drone was one of the best experiences I’ve had using a drone. While FPV drones have been around, this is for those who don’t want to build a drone or find all the necessary parts should seriously consider this FPV drone. This is my first introduction and interaction with an FPV drone. Prior to this, I have had a VTI Phoenix that I used every now and then. With the goggles provided everything is just so much more immersive. Everything is just fun. This is coming from someone who considers himself a beginner when it comes to drones. FPV is not as intimidating or challenging as those lead you to believe. From my first time in FPV I really can’t stop raving about the experience. There’s was a lot of parts to set up here when using this DJI FPV. Once I put the propellers on the drone I changed up the battery. The charger that comes with the battery pack has 2 USB ports so you can also charge the secondary battery pack charger for the controller. (The battery pack doesn’t overcharge.) Connected the antennas to the googles next, and screwed the joysticks into the controller which by the way the controller DJI FPV comes with feels good in the hand. The quick start guide was extremely helpful. There is no carrying case which is somewhat a disappointment because you will need one. Design: The design is extremely beautiful in my opinion. It looks like something from a futuristic movie. You can change the shell around the DJI. It comes with two different color shells (Clear smokey black and a lime green color). Putting on propellers was easy and a snap in the place. What I was most concerned about was that the Drone goggles wouldn’t fit well around glasses. But DJI really designed it well enough so your glasses don’t press against your head when wearing the goggles. I love the look of the DJI goggles as it looks like something from Watch Dogs. The goggles are uniquely designed and have an SD card slot to save video which I am super happy about (Also a Mirco SD slot on the drone.) There is a small screw kit that you could take apart the drone itself for the shell but I haven’t done this at all. The body of the DJI Drone seems to be really extremely rugged but I’m not gonna go smacking it into a tree just to find out. The body just feels strong enough for bumps here and there. Controls: Controlling the DJI FPV was also a huge experience as it was extremely easy to do. DJI FPV offers three flight modes for every level of expertise you may have with drones. I truly can't believe the stability that it has when floating off the ground. There are 3 levels of control here so I'll try to break them down. (S mode) This is a beginner mode for people who pretty much just getting used to FPV or maybe new to drones entirely. I’ve used this mode the most as well as my significant other. We used this as it was just a fun all-around experience I and my partner could control. Mostly everything is automatic here. (N mode) This is pretty much the normal mode that you would use in any GPS drone. Take off is much faster and much harder to control but definitely not intimidating. DJI offers safety features like obstacle sensing which is very good; it senses people or objects around and beeps warning you. This mode is also on S mode as well. I will say the Optical sensing is extremely great especially as a new user! Love it! (M mode) This one is for the more experienced users of FPV Drones/Drones. There are limitless controls that you can do such as barrel rolls and flips with the drone at this point. This reaches its top speed by taking off also. It’s whipped and zips faster around. I personally had a hard time using this M mode as I’m not used to any of these controls yet and living near water wasn’t a good idea to try. If you are experienced then this is the mode for you. This is the full FPV flight experience controls. The drone’s VR-like headset does not tilt the camera up or down. These are manual controls that you have to shift from the controller. The camera can move up and down. You can see a little bit of the propellers with the widescreen view through the goggles. Booting up the drone gave a menacing Terminator-like sound...I love it. Started it up and the lights started blinking and connecting. From there I was in awe, It was a beautiful experience. I have the drone extremely high in the sky about 130m around the outskirts of Chicago. It was breathtaking and It was just a fun device to use. My girlfriend enjoyed the drone too as she saw the city skyline firsthand. I was taken back with just how brand new this feels. This is where I feel like the drone once everything is set up was completely worth it. Like a real-life video game. I’m not sure how detailed I can go into this review before the maximum words but just trust me. It’s amazing. The DJI FPV drone emergency brake worked so well when I was near an object immediately stopping itself from doing anything; One thing I learned is that this drone is super intelligent to say. With the press of a button, it just did what it was supposed to do without any problems. Smart Return to Home and Low Battery (RTH) safely return the drone to me intelligently. Even Before the battery dies the FPV drone safely lands on the ground. No hard drops to the ground whatsoever. If you can locate yourself on the FPV goggles you can bring the drone back to yourself manually. The battery does last about 20 minutes which is plenty of time to use outdoors. Video: DJI’s FPV has a 150° super-wide FOV camera, 4x Slow Motion, stabilization that’s out of this world, and distortion correction gave me a smooth enjoyable ride. Everything on the FPV was stable and working correctly. Not once I ever felt like the video of the headset taken me out of the experience. You can film/record in 4K@60fps, I recommend faster Micro SD cards. If you enjoy creating content I can guarantee this will bring more of a dramatic look and feel to your videos online when using. Wow. DJI O3 gave me a SUPER clear real-time video transmission. I didn’t take the drone far out but I get the feeling that it could go pretty far before transmission fails. The only downside here I can see is that you could see some of the propellers on the side of the point of view. App: The DJI app is simply a very great experience on the iPhone. I haven’t had time to test it on android but the DJI app teaches you so much that you should learn with the FPV drone. The app is also one of the smoothest experiences I have used with a drone ever. Everything from controls to a full tutorial teaches you how to use it. You can use the app to also edit your videos on the fly right from your phone. There is also a map that can teach you where are you should fly a drone safe. The app was smooth to use and kept useful info (as well as asking you to get an extended warranty.) DJI also provides a link where are you can get more accustomed to your drone. They have some tricks and tips on their website that is really useful. I definitely wouldn’t be passive of the tutorial videos because they help you with more difficult controls. Warning: There are a few things I must warn you about. 1) You must find a safe place to fly the drone in your area. 2) Update the drone before taking it out and using it. The first day using it, I didn’t realize there was a massive update that’s over 300+ MB. It took about the length of the drone battery to update the firmware outside. Didn’t have a lot of time to use the drone that day as I had to recharge the battery. Overall: Extremely happy. I am happy I got to enjoy this new experience. Zipping around the drone in the sky, just hovering over the skyline, seeing an area I have never seen before was amazing. I wish more could experience this. I do have to get used to the more expert controls but once I do I feel like I’m going to be having fun with this especially getting footage outdoors. DJI did open myself to drones a lot more than before and now I’m interested in going deeper with drones. It just seems like everything you think could go wrong with a beginner handling the drone it doesn’t. With so many intelligent sensors and everything is tightly integrated everything on the DJI FPV just works. Honestly, I believe this product will get more people into drones of this caliber. Easily a 5-star product DJI should be proud to make something this accessible and this should be their standout product. My Test Footage: https://youtu.be/Cwe-Tviq9WE (Note: The video was trimmed therefore not a true representation of the full drone resolution and framerate. it's much better.)
