this drone works well and takes very clear photos i am coming back to purchase the battery pack, since we need more air time.

Drone works good kind of fragile. Make sure you’ve practiced a lot before going manual mode

I was so excited to see this up in the air action with the goggles in use but was disappointed when it came crashing down within a few seconds. The drone had not been up in the air for too long and made a weird vibration move and noise right before it crash landed in my neighbors back yard.

DJI Quality is always great... This is a fun, reliable and great quad!!!

So I bought the drone and realized the head set or goggles were missing. So I contacted best buy who told me well there new and they should have been there. Can you prove they weren’t on the box? Well, no I can’t. Then I called DJI who had the same thing to say. So long story short. Haven’t flown it!

This drone is awesome. Great flight time, sweet features, excellent picture quality, and rock-solid maneuverability. Max flight height: 500m Max distance traveled: 1.1km before signal strength started waning; could've gone further Avg flight time on full battery: 20min Time to regard drone battery: ~1hr I've got 4 flights on the goggle & controller batteries and probably a good 5-6 more left before goggles go empty. Controller hasn't shown any battery depletion yet. Video quality is *amazing*. No "wavy" recording while in flight, and the goggle records add sound! A bit confusing that drone records in HEVC while Goggles record in MOV, though. Normal mode is incredibly stable and easily controllable by beginners - my 7yr old was able to fly without issue! Using the FPV goggles provides an even better sense of control but is a bit scary when flying side-to-side or backward as you can't see what you may run into. Obstacle avoidance system helps, though, and the ability to push a button and "freeze" the drone in mid-air provides additional security. Sport mode achieved ~25m/s top speed in my testing, while Normal mode would limit to ~15m/s. The packaging lacks one additional USB-A -> USB-C cable if you want to charge all 3 things at the same time, so keep this in mind. It also is *very* sparse on the instructions, especially if you're new to DJI drones (how to start the motors, etc). The ability to use your mobile phone as a "second screen" for the Goggles is nice, but nowhere in the instructions does it tell you the phone connects to the goggles and not the controller. Absent this, you're left wondering if the app, cable, or controller are busted! So take note of this :)

Returned mine the next day lol this was too much work. Never got it off the ground. Propeller never spun just vibrated and made a weird noise likes it’s something cool but it’s not. I need something that turns on and is easier. The WORSE directions ever. I can’t believe no one is talking about that. You really waste 4-6 hours just to set up and nothing happens. Maybe I need more time with it, but again I need something easier and quick.
