Not a perfect refurb

Instead of being 6 "A" and 6 "B", they shipped 5 "A" and 7 "B", also the gimbal protector was missing one piece of foam. Still with the money saved

It is very good and can take amazing pictures. I didn’t have any problems with it being refurbished and the drone worked perfectly. The only problem I had was that apparently Best Buy does allow for warranties on refurbished models.

Battery problems from the start

This was the problem on the refurbished one. Drone is sweet and if the batteries weren’t an issue, I wouldn’t have taken it back.

Amazing

I will post them if anyone wants to look. My business page is @togunvision I recently went to a lake resort and got a beautiful sunset video . And a few clips of 4th of July .

Missing batteries and controller.

Speed and performance is great. It did however take two tries to get the whole package. first one arrived with out the remote controller and without the 3 batteries. After waiting two weeks, it was a super let down to open box and have the controller and batteries missing. One star is for best buy not checking what they are shipping customers. DJI gets 5 stars.
