I had my reservations because it was a refurbished unit when I bought it but I love flying with my DJI Air. Great video quality and I love the dual camera

Buy with faith. I took a gamble and got blessed. It came open box but was like brand new with most stickers on it and all parts included, the tag was still on the bag also. They will be bound to another account. It took me 3 business days to contact dji with a pdf proof of purchase and serial number of all batteries and the aircraft to have them unbound it. I saved over 600 bucks and have a like new air 3. Itll be bound and when its bound you can not quick transfer or use another remote. Djo can resolve this with a proof of purchase pdf reciept. It is not refurbished but like i said mine was only powered on bound to an account and returned. The props hadnt been installed at that also. I can post pictures later. It has 0 finger pronts or scratches. Purchase with faith and caution.

The drone, controller, batteries and charger all looked brand new, but the spare propellers were incorrect. Instead of being 6 "A" and 6 "B", they shipped 5 "A" and 7 "B", also the gimbal protector was missing one piece of foam. Still with the money saved

I got the DJI air 3 and this drone is one of kind. It is very good and can take amazing pictures. I didn’t have any problems with it being refurbished and the drone worked perfectly. The only problem I had was that apparently Best Buy does allow for warranties on refurbished models.

Exactly what I expected out of an Air 3. It handles well in the wind, and the dual split camera is top notch. Worth the investment.

Came within a few days with no issues whatsoever, I use it all the time with the great camera quality and stays extremely steady in the South Dakota wind!

Great drone. Excellent battery life. Two cameras. Huge upgrade from my Air 2S.

Got it in and the batteries took forever to charge and then they wouldn’t hold the charge or charge all the way. This was the problem on the refurbished one. Drone is sweet and if the batteries weren’t an issue, I wouldn’t have taken it back.

Firstly i must say the packaging was excellent and the drone is like brand new i love it bestbuy its my perfect drone and i would recommend to a friend to who wants a refurbished dron to shop at bestbuy and i will shop again soon for a dji avata 2 thanks again bestbuy.

Drone is great. Works as advertised. Pics are great. Speed and performance is great. It did however take two tries to get the whole package. first one arrived with out the remote controller and without the 3 batteries. After waiting two weeks, it was a super let down to open box and have the controller and batteries missing. One star is for best buy not checking what they are shipping customers. DJI gets 5 stars.

Where do I start. What an amazing drone. Killer battery life and with the telephoto lens. Battery chargers pretty cool too.

Though it was Refurbished, happy with the product, looks new and works well.
