Ordered refurbished but was really just an open box item. No apparent effort to refurbish. Prior owner account still linked to controller and drone, including all previous flight data and pictures, propellers showed wear and unit was dirty and screen has fingerprints and smears.

My the best buy! Nice Drone! The Dji Mavic Air 3 is amazing!

So this is the 3rd "refurbished" drone I've bought from Best Buy. No issues with the first 2. This purchase on the other hand oh boy buckle up. The excitement opening the box quickly went away. Drone came in a large box with some bubble wrap. The drone kit was in the dji bag. No factory box. OK it's "refurbished" i pull the drone out and immediately notice the crash damage on the top of the body. Sensor dented with body pushed down into it. Scratches, top body panel warped with gaps in plastic aswell as dirt stuck in the crumbled corner of the body above that Sensor. OK at this point i immediately contacted best buy. They set up a return and new "refurbished" to be picked up locally the next day. (That never happened now waiting on fedex) now out of curiosity i power on the controller and drone to see if it even works. Not only is this drone locked to someone's account in Iowa the awfully smell of cigarettes starts coming from the drone and controller when the fans kick on. So at this point it was clearly not "refurbished" but bought crashed and returned to be resold. Looking it over more carefully i also noticed some damage to the props. And by looking at the pictures it looks like it comes with 2 batteries but description says 3. I only received 2 idk. I just hope this replacement shows up in acceptable condition and this was just a fluke. I'll update review if things are made right.

Received product quickly and in great condition!! You can get the DJI refresh package so basically it's as good as a new one at a discount.

best drome yet i love everything about it. i would recommend to anyone that want to have a bird i view.

Amazing product and it arrived in perfect condition. Did not have an account lock was able to set up and fly in minutes. Absolutely would buy again.

I always feel conflicted when buy anything refurbished but the drone was like new and had no visible signs of wear or use.

The zoom lens is worth it for the paralax effect..

The condition of the Air 3 fly more combo that I received was in very good condition. However, the drone was still bound to the account of the pervious owner, which can’t be changed by anyone but the original owner. And it means that you can’t purchase the Refresh Care without the drone being bound to your own account and you won’t be able link a new remote or google to the drone either.

I love the drone i didnt like the charger was not in the bag and thay would not let me purchase insurance on there 1300 hundred dollar drone like thay wasnt sure if it was ok or not and dji wouldn't let me neithier
