The drone arrived, it is working fine and looks good, but is missing one of the batteries, only came with 2, i have no time to return it because i needed it to do a work overseas, now i uad to buy an extra baterry, whatch out, if you have extra time yeah, buy the refurbished and return it if any problems show up, but in my case that you are in a hurry and wont have time to return, dont buy it!

Drone came bound to prior owner/BestBuy. I had to jump through hoops with DJI to get it unbound. This is not "refurbished", it is USED.

Really enjoy having. It. The pic and flight is amazing.

Don’t buy refurbished drones from this company. First flight after 2 seconds of ascending into the air straight up it drops out of the sky like a rock. Of course it’s past the return window so I’m stuck with going through the manufacturer for help.

I did not receive the item, then I requested a refund. But Bestbuy lied to me. They promised a fund at first but then refused and asked me to request the refund to the delivery company.

Battery life was garbage the controller only seemed to last maybe 35mins

Very nice Drone , was refurbished, 2 batteries would not take charge, i returned to store of purchases the assistant manager gave me a $100. Offset . I have issues paying my bill on line, the name on my card was James Harvey my name is James Harvey Oldham

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a refurbished drone due to mixed reviews however I am so glad I did. The drone I received was brand new, I assume just an open box scenario. Still had the stickers in tact and all packing. Definitely recommend it’s worth saving the money!

Everthing was exactly what i expected and hoped for and there was no sign of it being refurbished. Well worth it!

Highly recommend not buying DJI from anywhere except DJI. I have had constant problems and it appears this another way for Best Buy to offload inventory they would be stuck with. Turned out I SPECIFICALLY SEARCHED for the Air3S, upon speaking to sales associate we both used the term Air3S needless to say I was given a 3??? And it had been activated 7 months earlier so I was disqualified from all of DJI after sales warranty coverage. Best could absolutely care less and at one point manage said “what do you want me to do it’s done” also keep in mind I have purchased in the last 7 years Typhoon H Pro, DJI Mavic Pro, Mavic Air, Mavic Air 2, FPV, Spark, Tello, Osmo pocket, DJI Mavic Air2S, Ronin R, Ronin RS, all ND filters to fit EVERYTHING MENTIONED And this is not including the countless high end photography Gear, lens's for my Canon R5 Lacie Rugged 2 TB hard drive, Samsung T7 fingprint, Samsung T9 I could keep going on and on let’s just say I was an elite member for years and yup they took that away as well. Personally I am done with the obnoxious children that are all of 20 treating me as if they are too busy. And even thou your arbitrary price match program is just that here’s a few that beat you and have superb after sales service B&H, Amazon. Sammy’s Camera….etc anyway just thought I would drop a huge email of disappointment

I used to be an elite member every year when it was based on how much you spend and seeing as Best Buy is out only option to purchase cameras, drones....etc in person I have spent thousands and thousands, I WILL NEVER GO IN AGAIN last drone Air3 was a refirbushed/recertified....etec wich means NOTHING after 14 days you are out of luck they defer you to company, well the drone was over a year activated so out of warranty I got screwed to save a 100.00 and they are all 20 year old kids that work there that are rude and ignorant to what they are selling. Stick to companies that specialize in these items.

I was hoping that I could get a mavic 3 for good price but ist wrong information

I already put in a detailed review of my negative experience. Not sure why I’m bringing asked to do it again. Would have preferred someone to call me and discuss my concerns.

Simple questions about warranty not answered. Won't be buying thru Best Buy.
