Amazing drone! Solid construction. Stable flight even in wind. The drone is extremely accurate on RTH that it lands exactly where it took off. Easy to fly. The best quality camera with 4k quality video and photos! Get this drone if you want the best.

Decent buy! Drone was lightly used with minimal wear. Saved $600 from original retail price which was nice. Minus 1 star for packaging as I wish a little extra attention to care was taken.

Love the Mavic 3 Classic drone! Being larger, the Mavic flies better than the Mini series drones when the wind picks up. Very feature rich with obstacle avoidance and cruise control. Excellent camera with lots of customizable options. I also own the Mini 4 Pro, but use the classic when weight isn't an issue and/or I'm going to be facing wind. Refurbs at Best Buy are a mixed bag. The first one I ordered was broken and didn't fly right. I ordered a second, which arrived perfect, but was missing the retaining strap! Fortunately, I had not returned the first one yet, so kept the strap from that and then returned the original one. You may have to go through a couple Geek Squad Refurbished to get a decent one.

Seems like a pretty good deal. Mine arrived in excellent condition, just like new. The drone flies fine, the only problem is the RED VIDEO RECORD button on the RC controller does not work. I can still record video using the menu, so not a serious problem, just an inconvenience. Wish it worked; not restored to factory condition.

I’ve had a few of the dji drones including air 2s and this is by far the best one. All around amazing drone. Beginner friendly. I purchased open box and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. I have no complaints.

DJI Mavic 3 Classic it’s really impressive and photo and video it’s beautiful and camera is massive advantage and this is what I love about these bigger drone I can go to literally any location no matter how windy it is and it can perform all the time perfect and I always love to shopping from Best Buy and thank you DJI and Best Buy…

Drone came damaged on top panel near DJI logo packaging proctective insides were destroyed, SD card wasn’t reading either. wouldn’t recommend buying, save up the other $400 instead for a new one

Bought this refurbished. Did my research on refurbished DJI products. It did not disappoint. Everything works fine. Only exception is I am missing an extra set of joysticks, protective case and the main manual, (manual is not a big deal). I use this for my job as a project manager roofing. While you need a license to use this for insurance claims, it still has opened up so many doors. Certification in Texas isn’t a headache and I plan on doing mine soon. If you are somewhat tech savvy and looking to promote your business in certain circumstances… This will pay for itself in due time!

I recently bought the DJI Mavic 3 refurbished from Best Buy and am thoroughly impressed. The drone looks and functions like new, offering exceptional value with a great price deal. I got my DJI Mavic3 Classic with RC (built-in screen) 6 days after my online order. Paid $500 less than the Brand New price! I worried because of some of the bad experiences with the refurbished units. Indeed, it looked like an open-box item and was used a few times. The Gimbal area has a bit of scratches but it must be from the plastic guard I think. As soon as I received it, I contacted the DJI Care program if this unit was under the program. Sure it does. The original owner registered and purchased the DJI Care program last November and still has a warranty valid till November 2024. Whew! Now, I am looking for how many flights this unit has. After connecting to the drone, I found out that the battery had two charge cycles which means 2-4 times of flights. That's not very much. Also found out that this unit never had a repair service. The unit was in the original box and well-sealed. The drone was inside without any plastic warp but still safely stored. RC unit is also in its box but again, no plastic wrap. They put one extra set of propellers with two more so 10 total. Inside the drone, 128G SD card was in it as a bonus. However, there are no extra RC Control sticks... All in all, I am very happy with this order and ready for takeoff.

This is my 1st & last time buying refurbished from best buy. Pkg was so bad, the drone was not protected with nothing around it (bubble wrap) in the box it was shipped in. One of the Mavic 3 Classic arm were broken, the camera looking like it had some "liquid" that was dryed. 8 didn't even turn it on, I just placed it back in the box & returned it to my local Best Buy within the hr. Very disappointed. I really wished I could include a video clip but I'll leave that for my YouTube channel.

This was sold as a "Refurbished" item. I wouldn't have known though, except for the price. It was perfect, in the original box with all the original parts and documentation. Beyond the purchase process, if you know anything about Drones you already know this is the DJI Flagship. I bought a Phantom 2 nine years ago and the advancements in technology is astronomical. I can't believe so many features are packed into this.

Even though it is a Geek Squad Refurbished, it has all the original accessories and parts, it was in like new condition. No scratches or issues during testing. Tested all the features in the DJI app. Did all the necessary firmware updates. Saved a good amount of cash for sure. Will be using this for my photography business and personal projects.

DO NOT trust the "refurbished" title of this product. I purchased this as the official DJI website does not offer refurbished Mavic 3 Classic models. The box in which I received this drone was banged up and torn. There were also no propellers for the drone in the box, even on the drone itself. It is impossible to fly a drone without propellers. I have since had to purchase my own propellers as support has offered me no help. Do not buy this product and do not trust this false narrative of a "refurbished" product.

I guess I won the refurb lottery. Excellent condition. I could tell it was used, but looked almost brand new. Everything seemed to be included. The batteries on the controller and the drone were completely dead. I charged, updated, and everything seems to be working great! Fast shipping.

I was so leary of buying a refurbished drone butni took a chance and it was worth it. Packaging and performance just like new!

I was very happy with what I received. Almost impossible to tell that the refurbished drone I bought was not in fact new.

I normally don't buy refurbished, but with a 20% savings, I felt I couldn't go wrong. This thing works just as well as brand new.

The drone was great but im not sure what was originally refurbished. It had a overheating issue on me so i think the fan sticks on this unit. I chose to return it as it was a pricey purchase
