    I normally don't buy refurbished, but with a 20% savings, I felt I couldn't go wrong. This thing works just as well as brand new.

    I've bought several certified refurbished DJI drones via Best Buy and no complaints. The M3Classic is a beast and it's fast!!!!!!

    Purchased the DJI MAVIC 3 Classic (Refurbished). The Drone arrived in the original packaging in brand new condition. Very happy with this entire experience! Thank you Best Buy.

    Don't buy it. The drone was missing charger and the cable for the charger. Also 1 prop was damaged. Not only that someone's account was logged into the remote control and without the password you are not able to remove and change it to your account. I don't think best buy is checking and inspecting this drones before selling this items to the customer's. This was a total waste of my time.

    The refurbish item can you without a box parts were missing. A little bit of care before sending it out when you're made this a better purchase.

    i had to return my... it din't charge, i don't know much they refurbish or even they check anything on this products... the price is very tempting, if you have a time to go back and for buying and returning you maybe able to find one that work..

    I would not buy refurbished from Best Buy , they are selling you a used item maybe there are some issues with the drone as well . Be very careful once there is an issue they won’t even help you
