I ordered a Geek Squad Certified DJI Classic 3 drone but received a Mini 3 pro instead. Not having enough time to exchange before my trip, I decided to use the mini and was not disappointed. I was worried that tbe Mini would not be sturdy in high wind scenarios but it proved me wrong. I flew over multiple parts of Bali includong the cliff formations at Nusa Pineda with high winds without a problem. It was lightweight and easy to travel with internationally. I highly recommend.

Since it was open box I found that the item was used very roughly

I'd rate this 0 stars if I could. Picked it up and when I got home to open it, I found the drone improperly packaged with the camera sideways in the gimbal guard. Everything was literally thrown loose in the box. I went through the setup and poof gimbal error. Boxed it back up and drove to the store... 30 minutes away. I made it clear I didn't want another refurb. I was told I'd be shipped a new drone at the refurbished price for my trouble. Nope. They tried to ship another refurb! Fortunately I was able to cancel the order and buy a brand new Mavic 3 Classic for just $200 more elsewhere. Never again. Nerd Squad refurbished is just a poor rebox. Don't do it!

Sent me a drone from 2022./.. saw bad reviews but didn’t tho k it would happen to me.

Purchased the DJI MAVIC 3 Classic (Refurbished). The Drone arrived in the original packaging in brand new condition. Very happy with this entire experience! Thank you Best Buy.

Don't buy it. The drone was missing charger and the cable for the charger. Also 1 prop was damaged. Not only that someone's account was logged into the remote control and without the password you are not able to remove and change it to your account. I don't think best buy is checking and inspecting this drones before selling this items to the customer's. This was a total waste of my time.

The refurbish item can you without a box parts were missing. A little bit of care before sending it out when you're made this a better purchase.

The drone was done fine but they never ensure it was unpaired from the previous owner.

Was hesistant to buy this refurbished item, but it has turned out to be okay.

I've bought several certified refurbished DJI drones via Best Buy and no complaints. The M3Classic is a beast and it's fast!!!!!!

Can’t get enough of this drone. I only wish it would come with an independent battery charger.

Bought a refurbished one and it was exactly as advertised and it was perfect!

its a lil glitchy it flies OK, but it takes an unusually long time to acquire satellites, i get remote id error a lot during flights, imu error so i constantly have calibrate before flying even though its the same location amd then i got overheat message a couple tymes. other than that it flies ok and the camera is crystal clear, i would spend the extra 300-400 an ge a new one, the you might get lucky and get a trouble free refurbished one,

i had to return my... it din't charge, i don't know much they refurbish or even they check anything on this products... the price is very tempting, if you have a time to go back and for buying and returning you maybe able to find one that work..
