Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At this point you are probably better off getting an off brand battery, I had mine go bad after less then 8 full charge cycles and unless its under 6 months old you just have to throw it out and pay them another 100 bucks. My original Mavic Pro came with a bad battery so 100% of the batteries I have used have failed. I called customer service and they were no help.

Posted .Hi Pichner. Apologies for your poor service experience. Unfortunately because of the sensitive nature of lipo batteries, the warranty can only be 6 months. If your battery fails within this time then you are due a warranty repair or replacement.
