When uploaded to laptop the video is choppy. Got on some forums and it’s a known issue. Not sure if it’s software related but too many others with the same issue. Not 100% happy with it but maybe DJI can make it right by fixing the problem or exchanging for another new device that doesn’t have these issues.

And then the controller would not turn on. All my research showed the DJI Mavic Pro to be the best drone, but I will have to wait until I fly it before reommending.

We are sorry that you have had some issues getting the aircraft up and running. The batteries in the remotes can sometimes die from sitting too long, it is simply the nature of lithium batteries.
Once it is working, we are fairly confident that you will come to agree that the Mavic 2 is easily the best drone out there.

My purchase worth best buy was great
