    Was told by Best Buy that it was bulletproof and my drone went a wall and crashed because of the most comment problems the gimbal failure which made it a wall into a crowd of people almost heating multiple people and now I cannot fix my drone with no warranty

    this once a very good while it worked, before flight it had full of battery and when it flew for a while the battery died on me and i lost the device and it’s untraceable.

    Mag Interference Issues

    Trying to give this a chance but the whole "Mag Interference" in mid flight is the most frustrating thing about this drone. Especially when your flying mid flight and your display losses signal and your not able to see a thing.

    Bought for son...he loves it. But had to send back within first month. Plus had to pay additional warranty to make sure on any additional issues. Alot of money on a purchase to have problem so quick.... But my son does love it

    This thing shoot good photo and video but the company DJI is not a good company. Their customer service sucks.

    This purchase was for my husband. It flies well. Easy to maneuver. The video is not smooth. It may be a software problem. We’re looking into it

    After much excitement to receive my MAVIC-2 PRO, much to my disappointment the aircraft/drone could never connect to my phone or even the controller. After spending at least 8 hours trying to get it to connect and simply fly I gave up and boxed it up and will be returning it to Best Buy

    My Drone will not update. I have sent it in twice upon their recommendation but when it gets to the repair site they say their is nothing wrong. But I can't talk to the people actually doing the repairs. This has been going on for two months. It's under warranty and they are still not willing to send me a replacement. They really don't seem to care. Their technical support is the worst I have experienced.

    Great drone, the warranty is a joke. I spent an extra 450 dollars to have the ability to replace the drone if damaged right away...no questions asked. Now I find out that when I really need this service, Best Buy cannot replace the drone but instead will have it serviced with a projected month to 5 week turn-around time. Definitely not worth the cost of the warranty. What a complete waste of money for this service.

    I would never expected that Best Buy Would not have the latest model available, no less sell at the current price. I'll have to be careful what I purchase from Best Buy from now on.

    One of sensors not working 1hour away from store! Tried to go on line for exchange, everything was a return. Tried to contact someone but no phone number to talk direct... sad!
