With exceptional credit score with all 3 credit reporting agencies Equifax, Exerain an Trans Best Buy failed miserably to get the credit approval. With FICO Score 835 and above 780 with other credit reporting agencies. Fry Electronics is my preferred vendor!!!! Great to see Best Buy loose revenue due to their carelessness !!!!!!!!!!

There are flight restrictions with this drone and can only use it in certain places.

I lost my drone next to the ocean after it went out over the waves. The riptide was enormous and decided not to retrieve else my life would be lost. After DJI said they understood and would work with me, now they will not help at all. If your drone lands in a tree or someone else's land, you are out $1500. (Yes I had CareRefresh from DJI)

Image descent. There is a problem w this drone. I bought this drone for my brother, for some reason this drone will get disconnected from the control and it will crash. The manufacturer has the worst costumer service.

I inspected the UAS when I opened it, and the windings on the motors are poorly wrapped, the IMU seems to have sinuses all the time, and the compass never truly calibrates. I’m going to exchange for a new one.

$1,500 paper weight. Won't connect to app and dji is not being very helpful in replacing it

DON'T BUY FROM DJI!!! The drone works well WHEN it's working, The company is horrible to deal with, now I am selling this mavic 2 and buying a Autel Evo 2.

I bought this product in early 2021. I know a newer one may be out soon, but I figured what the heck. I also wanted a drone that could handle the wind, and not easily loose radio/video reception. I’m not sorry at all that I purchased this drone. I should have bought it sooner! I have/had very little experience with drones or RC aircraft. Prior to purchase, I read and watched several videos about this drone, so I had a pretty good idea what I was getting into. I decided to purchase it in-person from Best Buy because I could take it home right away, and possibly return it if there was any problems. Their price is same as online anywhere you look, so that’s basically a wash. In person purchase was quick, easy, and relatively painless. I had to find a sales associate to open cabinet, and retrieve the box and “Fly More” kit. I won’t bore you with every detail in setting things up. If you watch a few online videos, there shouldn’t be any problems. This drone is excellent. It flys great. Radio/video reception is rock solid. I should have bought it sooner. It’s everything I expected, and more. It’s a blast to fly! It handles wind with ease. Also, the camera has way more settings and features than I could ever use. I must learn more to get the most out of it. I’m using in AUTO, and learning about manual settings slowly. Flying this drone is crazy fun. I live in a somewhat rural area on 10 acres, so bothering other people is not likely. It took a couple flights to get real comfortable. I did so by ensuring the drone was higher than the tallest tree, power pole/lines, and buildings. I highly recommend this product. DJI is the current leader in the drone industry because their products work. I know it’s expensive, but I’m confident I’ll enjoy this drone for many years to come. Good luck in YOUR decision. I own multiple DJI drones. This being my favorite. The reason I did not go with the Zoom version because it was simply an original Mavic with Zoom added when it comes to camera comparison. The Pro 2 blows any drone camera out of the water. If you are familiar with editing 10 bit photos then this is the drone to get. You can do huge amounts of post processing. If you don't know anything about 10 Bit photos, get the Zoom. I love everything about the Pro 2. Do some research into the camera comparisons to make the right choice. Most people, the Zoom is the better choice and offers more options. The Pro 2 is just that, aimed at Professional Photographers, not so much someone doing a lot of video, though the Pro 2 does produce spectacular video. Expect to see YouTube blow up with a bunch of Dolly Zoom videos produced by the Zoom, lol.

I had the Mavic Pro 1 previously and it was a great drone. This one is fantastic. The camera upgrade is the best! I also love the new sensors all over the drone it works really well in active track mode. Just buy it you will not be disappointed.

Best drone I’ve ever owned! This thing flys perfectly in high wind and finds it’s location perfectly and the learning curve is fast !

Solid Drone for the price would highly recommend beginner or not

I am a beginner to a drone camera and recently purchased Mavic Mini. But Mavic 2 pro is my next drone. its an awesome drone camera.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. After the drone crashed due to the obstacle avoidance system not working, dji failed to acknowledge the issue. It's been 5 months now that I've been trying to get the drone repaired. Of course they have no phone number so you have to deal with hours of text messaging a service rep... I received multiple promises of a phone call AND email follow up from a higher up, which never came. Then they returned the drone unrepaired while I was waiting for them to respond as they promised. The drone is now back with dji and i'm starting the process all over. It's seriously the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I finally bit the bullet and just paid the repair fee and will never purchase another product from them. Think twice before buying a dji product.

I purchased two of the DJI Mavic Pro 2 and they do everything they say they will do however one big flaw. I have lost two DJI Mavic Pro 2 and 1 Phantom 4. When I went to have the drone take off in a clear area no building around it went up and 15 seconds later it was gone. The remote disconnected from it and never saw it again. Naturally some would blame this on being tethered to a phone but I tried a brand new phone the third time and 4 months later I lost my last Mavic Pro 2. I am not pleased with DJI customer support on this as they take no ownership over lost items. Do know that this is an expensive hobby but I am going to stick with the Mavic Airs going forward until DJI fixes there problems I can get two Airs for the price of one Pro and the quality of the photos and videos I have noticed are much nicer.

I have owned phantom 3 series both standard and professional, purchased the Mavic Pro and the Mavic Pro 2 20mp is by far the best drone I have owned. Easy setup easy to fly. All around a better aircraft
