Couldn't have done a better decision on buying this

Best drone out right now love everything about it!

I have been using drone and it working just great.

Placed the order early in the morning, went to pick up after work with Curb side pick up" followed their instructions as recommended 10 min wait, nothing, 20 min wait and repeated procedures still Nothing, called..on hold for 10 min No answer, finally went inside, no apologies, she couldn't find my order...huge lack of communication, I was trying Not to go inside the store to start...poor management

Work and fly just right Just make sure you’re not in a no-fly zone if so you will not be able to fly

A little on the pricey side for an entry level drone, but feature packed and the obstacle avoidance more than makes up for the price.

Very nice drone...does excellent in windy conditions. I would have been happy with the way that was done.

At first the Mavic 2 lived up to the hype but after two weeks the problems arose flying about 200ft up it dropped out of the sky after searching for 2/3hrs we found it, broken arm and motors. I sent it back in for repairs to DJI and three weeks later a new or refurbished Mavic 2 zoom was sent. I was greatful of course. But that’s when one thing after another, now it’s a battery error that caused it to drop to the ground from 5ft, no damage however now for the 3rd time I have to send it back which means three more weeks without my expensive $1400 dollar equipment (one of the three times was my fault). However this was all within a two month time frame. What’s disappointing is I was the item as. Treatment for my PTSD (service connected). When I have the goggles on and flying it allows my brain to redirect and place my mind in a calming place which I was amzazed that a drone would help bring peace within. Either way, now I’m contemplating a newer, better and more sophisticated drone. And the way it looks I don’t believe a DJI product will be its.

This is an upgrade from my older model. Super compact and works great. Would recommend

Owned for a year now. Amazing drone. Still learning all it has to offer.

The drone itself may be good, but it doesn't work! We took it out of the box, and it said it needed to update. So we plugged it all in and started to update it. After about an hour it popped up with an error and we had to start over. I have now tried updating it over a dozen times on different phones, iPads, computers etc and have had zero luck. I brought it back to Best Buy and they refused to help me. I haven't even been able to fly the drone yet, but they still would not exchange the item unless I paid them a $300 restocking fee. Absurd that I would have to pay $300 to exchange an item that they sold me that never worked. So I decided to contact DJI, and they are absolutely NO help! If you want to risk buying this product then I hope it works! If it doesn't, then be prepared to fight with Best Buy and DJI.

What a great toy to play with! Cool but expensive!

Gimbal Broke after 4 flights, no crashes or hard landing. Hopefully DJI will fix it. Other than that it's great.
