very sophisticated machine ...but i’m not impressed by cost & frequent interference with remote

Buy dji just not from bestbuy!!! "They" lie open in store flymore kit too check cause there is a ton paths they will send you down and get dji care refresh. Not so much statefarm.DJI builds and you can pilot one but im going to set up shop out side best buy in columbia this weekend.well see how many people i can sale with My afilial link. Can't rate the device, but I can rate Best Buy. Ordered on a Friday afternoon, deliver for Tuesday. I understand they don't fulfill the order until Monday. Still deliver for Tuesday....no show, delivery for Wednesday...no show, delivery for Thursday...no show. They want me to be there for signing the paperwork. I've already been there for 3 days. I'll probably cancel the order. And but it somewhere else.

I had used dji 4 pro before. But this product is not as expected

I have the Zoom model and it is such an upgrade to the previous model. The 360 sensors are great. It is a bit heavier in the hand. The internal 8 GB of storage is great. I still use an additional memory card. Recording will not roll over to the card when the internal memory is used up. The added hyperlapse quickshots make these so much easier to make. As of this time, the DJI crystal sky has not been updated to work with the mavic 2.

I give it one star because of misleading obstacle avoidance advertisements. It doesn’t have side obstacle avoidance in regular flight.

Easy to setup and use. Most importantly works perfectly 3 years afterwards!

An amazing product, I was also very well taken care of by the Best Buy staff. I would definitely recommend this if you want aerial footage and you’re a beginner. Making this purchase multiple times without a second thought.

My 1st drone and I love it..!!! easy to use, high class construction materials, the remote feels like a PS4 one...!!

open purchase, i immediately discovered it is heavy bulky and extremely delicate when looking at gimbal, blades and blade inserts. it took several hours to get operational and connection to aircraft or RC is erratic is unclear. Too many features makes setup extremely complicated. The fans does not even have protectors!! Sure there is a vision obstable systems but they are not fool proof and youtube is full of videos where obstable detection fail when confronted with trees. At 1500+ premuim it is too much of a sucker.

This review is not about the drone. The drone is fine, I have one. It's about Bestbuy. Bestbuy is picturing and naming this drone a Mavic 2 Pro Zoom, which it is, but the written description is of the Mavic 2 Pro with the different camera. The Zoom does not have the camera with 1 inch sensor.
