    The drone was difficult in the beginning. Tutorial took 2-3 days to complete. When we found a friend who was knowledgeable about computer technology he was able to guide me and get the drone launch and flying. Your staff needs a knowledgeable person to help customers with their decisions to buy a drone. The technician did the best he could but needs more training and he could sell a lot of these drones.

    This drone is eye catching, every time I bring it out I get people point at it & asking me questions about it. I guess people don't see them often, it's makes me smile & makes them happy as well. Job well done DJI & thank you Best Buy for keeping them in stock!

    This quadcopter is a mega flyer with a very long range and a long flying time at 45 mins! The camera is awesome as well. It's really a great camera with wings!

    This is the version that DJI should have started with and combine with the RC Pro controller. Cruise control, night mode and custom gain and expo tuning fits my needs well. Moderately high on the price. Nice addition with my Air 2s.

    The Mavic 3 Classic is an awesome drone. It has everything. I love the cruise control, multi-directional obstacle avoidance and night mode.

    Great drone. First one I’ve owned so nothing to compare it to. Only complaint so far would be that I was sold a repackaged open box return as new drone. Previous owner bound there email to drone.
