Fies great and the bundle is a great deal. My package however seemed it was opened before and I asked for air 2s not the air 2 so i bought the wrong product without even realizing... :( No I'm getting hit with a 150$ restock fee for no reason :( ......

Combo is value for Money... But like to get the Skydio too

Drone gimbal has jerkey movements and Best Buy wanted to charge me restocking fee. Love this drone but I’ll buy when they fix this issue. I am not paying $1000 just to search how to fix it or send it to DJI to repair it

Great drone, It doesn’t get it’s max distance in the city

My drone never made it even a mile, not the 6+ miles as claimed in specs. I flew it several times and then with 15% battery it did not come home, and last thing I saw on the screen was "Emergency" and the Find My Drone, well the drone was not where it was supposed to be, even with 5 people to scour the area. I bought the DJI care but they want the drone before the replace it for $99 under care svc. IT'S ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU CRY. I suggest you look for one of those alternate locator devices you attach, so you can always get yours back. I will say it was fun, and took great video and pictures. :-(

I had to return it, after 5 different apps including the one they said to use, it would not fly and all batteries were fully charged. No support at your store and will not keep a $1000 item that doesn't work and cant get support!

Best for drone enthusiasts, lightweight for travel

This is just a fantastic drone - long battery life (but this set comes with 2 more batteries so the flying doesn't have to stop), easy controls and a really great camera. The auto-take off and landing also work phenomenally. Once you figure out the controls, it is also really easy to fly. I highly recommend this drone and kit - the additional accessories like propellers and the multiple batteries (with a charging pad for the batteries and the controller) make it quick and easy to start, and continue flying longer.

I have problems with tech support the video is Choppy go fine for 3 seconds and stops and goes. emailed support they said use there memory card. i got the card from them the one he said to use, I said help me fix the problem or i will take it back to best buy he said go ahead take it back please. so don't think your going to get tech support with this Mavic air 2. but it flys great easy but 2 time not i went straight up 350 feet and it lost contact and came down and landed. i don/t know why it was rather scary i have heard of people say it take off and never to be seen again. but so far so good. but the video still working on that

I'm very happy with the drone itself, it lives up to reviews in every respect. Unfortunately, the three-battery charge that comes as a part of the package didn't work and couldn't find anyway to get a new one from DJI or from Best Buy.

Amazing Bundle for Drone including, Drone,3 batteries, cables for charging, controller that charges via USB C, Cap for lens, charger, cables for micro USB, C, & Lightning for phone connection. Filter kit for filter sun and carry bag. Pro : beautifully crafted , and is able to take stunning photos & even 4k video @ 60hz, slow mo, panoramic. Return home feature has saved me a couple of times where connection was lost from device. And drone safely returned home and landed itself. WHEW. Phone died one time in flight where this function is key. All in all I would purchase this Drone in a heart beat again.

Bought this drone to help test an application used at work. However there were issues with connecting to the controller. I did feel it was a bit expensive and found a better deal elsewhere.

Very disappointed..the combo i received was missing 4 parts. Well 6 parts ..the 2 extra sticks to the controller were missing too. .I exchanged it. Hopefully i get all the parts next time. Another issue is that Best Buy does not describe the right amount of parts that come in the combo, Best Buy only describes what is included with the regular package, therefore that creates confusion and unnecessary arguments with some employees I'm not going to rate this drone yet because I have not tried it yet, I'm giving it 2 stars because of the missing parts and the unnecessary confusion.

Hard to rate it yet since this is a replacement for the first one which had a gimbal malfunction after only a few hours of flight. Might have been due to hot weather, but hey it was only May.

This is my first experience with a drone. I decided it was finally time to dip my toes into the DJI waters, and I have been beyond impressed so far. Having never flown a drone before in my life, I was able to follow included and in-app instructions for getting everything charge, set up, and ready to fly. Taking off and maneuvering around was surprisingly easy. For some reason I thought flying a drone around the yard would be met with complicated controls, but I was dead wrong. It was easy and relaxing to fly around my property, and I was even able to get the drone to follow me automatically with a couple touches on my phone screen. The controller is well laid out and easy to use. It holds my Pixel 4XL snugly and was a joy to operate the drone with. I was able to capture video very easily, and while I have not edited it together yet, the video and picture quality is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this device as a first time owner. I feel like this new model can easily get anyone involved with drove photography and videography, or just provide an easy to use platform to fly around for fun. Highly recommended.

Battery’s die way too fast for something so expensive. I went though so many issues with dji that I just have up

Purchase this 3 weeks ago the Drone would not go left or right I would have to switch mode and then it work did it to me two times and on top of that it lag 75 feet away from me I love drones my mavic 2 zoom never lag I thought this was supposed to have ocusync . I would not recommend this drone you spent $1,000 to have a drone lag I returned it and got my money back
