Had a hard time since it broke

The sensors and the return home button worked perfectly at the morning but at night they weren’t working and caused to crash the drone which I didn’t put a warranty and lost all my money in it.

The best yet...

This is my first drone for DJI, and I'm impressed. Video, photos if you decide to take one while flying, battery life, all good. It took me a second to get used to the controller, but I'm no time I was flying like a novice or beginner lol. Very nice, and if you get the bundle you will love yourself for it. One battery should last you about 20 to 30 mins, so having 3 is better. They charger is nice too, because it charges the battery that is closest to full first. So you can at least get it back in the air quickly. I don't recommend you fly on windy days, and remember to turn on guidance so you can avoid it bumping into things. There is a lot to learn, so take your time and be patient.. You will get better with time.

Trouble shooting my issue was a challenge

Charged batteries individually as recommended on blogs. Last flight, battery about half charged. Flew it over a bay. Got warning of low battery and it automatically started to return to home. It flew for about 20 seconds and crashed into tree at water's edge. Had to use a pole to retrieve it. Landed in the water. Drone at DJI now to see what they will do for me.

Defective out of the box.

The only resolution (after various troubleshooting steps) is to send it to DJI for repair or replacement. This is the same issue that many Mavic Mini users reported when it was released late last year and seems to be an issue still. Time will tell if it's an ongoing issue with the Air 2 too. For now, I'll go for a refund and wait and see.

Bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My drone showed up on the 11 and I was really happy but then I tried multiple ways to get it to connect to the controller it just would not connect so I took it over to Best Buy they said we are so sorry and we will have a new one delivered to you by the 22 even tho I bought this so I could take it with me on the 11 to vacation but i guess things don’t always turn out good

Controller won't pair

After that the controller lost the connection to the drone and I have been fighting it for the past 5 hours trying to get it working. It will not work no matter what I try. Refunding it tomorrow, buy anything else, this thing is trash.

Bought 2 weeks had to bring it back on 9/4/20.

We were told us it would be 2 -3 weeks and it is already that and they JUST started working on it today. How much longer will we have to wait?????
