This drone almost flies itself took it on vacation and shot some awesome video. This drone has more functions than the pro. Unless you are a professional then it makes no reason to purchase the pro.

The Mavic Air 2 really is fun to fly, and it's easy to see how it does everything better than older generations. The camera is miles ahead of the Mavic Pro's. And it stayed in the air for a crazy long time! One battery gets you up to 34 minutes.

The Mavic Air 2 is a great drone for beginners as well as seasoned pilots. The flight time is hands down the best. The Fly More Combo is an affordable option that I highly recommend. This drone is easy to fly and very stable. Great drone for the price.

Pros: very clear and crisp pics and videos even from far away. Easy to setup ahd use. YouTube, if anything. Small, compact and light. Cons: a hit loud but that's with all drones. Overall: Would definitely recommend this model for quality and price.

This is the second drone I have trained on. My introductory unit was the small Tello. This drone kit has a great deal of capability and averages about 25-27 minutes in flight per battery. The camera takes great pictures and using ICE orthomosaic software produces great composite imagery. This drone has obstacle avoidance built in to prevent crashes. This unit is commercial quality and has been quite reliable. I purchased a hard case specifically to carry the unit and all the batteries off amazon. The directions look complicated but after the initial setup time of about an hour, subsequent flights only require about a 5 minute setup and preflight. I have flown mine with my iPhone but prefer the screen size of my iPad mini. The unit comes with the necessary cables to handle most phone types. All in all worth the investment.

I owned the previous version of Mavic Air and I definitely recommend the Mavic Air 2 as an upgrade. The camera, range and build quality is much better and my favorite is definitely the new controller. It’s very easy to use and highly intuitive.

This Drone is great. I can fly it within 2 feet of obstacles with precision. Camera excellent, battery 20+ minutes, long range. I also use this drone to check on my Gutters to see if the have leaves in them potentially clogging up.

This drone rocks. I'm upgrading from a DJI Spark that I've used for several years. The Spark was great, but photos and videos required a lot more work to take and process after the fact. This drone has double the battery life of the Spark, which has seemed luxurious, better out-of-the-box picture quality, and rock solid flight and control characteristics. I've been thrilled with it. I've never had a dropout on the video, either. I considered the Mini 2, but wanted the HDR capabilities and follow-me capabilities. The HDR capabilities for photo and video have been really helpful, and the follow-me capabilities are a blast as well. The Fly More combo is easily worthwhile, just for the extra batteries and the case, but you get more than that. I highly recommend this drone.

I bought this and the Mavic Mini. This one has a much further range and better camera. I mostly got the Air 2 for the wind resistance. Some days the mini can’t handle the winds and it could end up getting carried away.

So far I’m very impressed with the Mavic 2 Air. It’s camera is fantastic for the price, it handles wind very well and the battery life is fantastic. I’d highly recommend it... a perfect mid/high level product.

I have many owned drones in the past but this is the well built great featured mavic air. I have Inspire 1 & i thought that was great but with no sensors you would always be careful flying in tight corners. With sensors on the Mavic Air 2 obstacle avoidance is like a breeze. Great flight time and i get consistently 30+ mins of flight time. It handles wind really good & the gimble hold the position really good. Is this drone for beginners ? Absolutely... The tripod mode makes the throw on the sticks very slow. Even if you move the sticks to the max the drone reaction is very slow. excellent for the beginers if you have never flown the drone before, this Mavic is great and you will learn to fly in no time. Overall, very happy with the purchase. As always, You cant beat DJI drones for the price

This combo is of great use. Extra pairs of blades along with 2 batteries are extremely needed when you are new to flying drones and you would want to fly more than an hour. Very convenient to control the drone and take awesome quick shots. You will never get tired of taking 4k shots. Sport mode takes your experience to a whole new level. Editing using the dji app is very useful to create custom videos and even for creating a short movie. Definitely recommend MAVIC AIR 2 to all users and recommend not to spend on a cheap drone with limited features because of fear. This drone will help you in every way.

I upgrade from the original DJI Mavic Pro and am really happy with the size of this drone. It's noticable smaller than the Pro when holding and much lighter. I often take my drone on hikes so the less weight the better. Colors are much better in pictures and video compared to the original Pro. Whereas the Pro would have washed out skies on a sunny day, the Air 2 has a much better color reprentation. Flight time has been about 25 minutes but have only used it a few times. ActiveTrack is a huge upgrade. You can now have the drone much lower and still track a subject. ActiveTrack range seems less than the original Pro but still experimenting. The one issue I've seen is with the gimbal. I had to return the first one sent to me because after a few flights I received a Gimbal Overload Error and it never went away. I checked all around the gimbal and made sure the cover was removed but still received the error. The gimbal calibration would stop after 10%. So I exchanged it for another Mavic Air 2 thanks to my local Best Buy. On the second flight, Gimbal Overload Error popped up again. It went away on the 3rd flight and seems fine now but this worries me. Hopefully this is not a sign of some bigger production issue. Other than this, I'm really happy and excited about the Mavic Air 2.

Amazing little drone. Very stable. Great battery life (but don't charge the batteries till right before each use as they don't retain charge well in storage). Video and picture quality is great. Easy to fly.

DJI Mavic Air 2 is by far the best entry level consumer drone on the market. Great for photo / video enthusiasts and great for just wanting a fun drone with good range. Super stable in wind, rock solid gimble that makes it seem like a perfectly calm day. Easy set up. Takes 10-15 minutes and you are up and flying. I was worried dropping just shy of a thousand bucks, but it is worth it. The extra batteries, the camera filters, and the bag are worth the couple hundred dollars. I had a $200 GPS enabled drone with a camera (no gimble). There is no comparison. Light years apart. Don't waste your money on a 2 or 3 hundred dollar drone. Spend the money and get this one. It is what you are looking for, trust me!

Can only say one thing, AWESOME! I have had a phantom 2 and many phantom 3s and this is by far my favorite drone. I haven't used many of the newer drones but this one is so easy to fly! The sensors do an amazing job at obstacle avoidance. The return to home function is SPOT on! I tested it 4-5 times and it came back exactly where I took it off from. The range is outstanding for having no modifications. Video transmission and controller connectivity had absolutely zero issues. The fly more combo is well worth the money! The extra batteries is a must have for these drones. The bag is nice quality and you'll never have to buy another set of propellers!

Mavic air 2, It flies like a hawk and keep a sharp eye on its master. It dances on your fingers and stays firm up in the air. It captures amazing photos and make fantastic video. Video quality goes bad when move camera gimble fast. But still, Camera is amazing. Battery gives 25-27 min flight time with remaining 5-10% charge. Landing it on hand is amazing but wrongful handling may cut your finger by its props so you may avoid doing it. Handle the bird carefully, small side drop shock may break its leg easily or gimble. Don't charge your battery on the charging hub at the first time charging instead charge it directly with charging cable. then you may charge them on charging hub from the 2nd time. FAA registration is very easy for recreational pilots, register it on their website with putting a note "flying for recreational purpose" on their form". Fee is $5 for 3 years. Buying DGI care is cheaper then bestbuy care policy. You can purchase it directly from your dgi account or mobile software within first 48 hours after registering your drone with DGI. And it will definitely come a handy if get any accident drop or hit. Although I am still flying great without it. For the price comparison, Bestbuy should drop its price or atleast offer sth useful acc as other websites like b&h etc offering additional accessories for free. One strobe light is a must for night flight, you don't have to buy the best one. White light is seen better generally from distance. I hope that's helpful. Enjoy my friend. I've flown this drone in many situations including what I thought was too windy and it has performed very well. Good images and video. Easy to fly and the DJI Fly app is pretty easy to use.

Wow, I couldn’t say enough good things about this beautiful bird. It flys amazing and fast. The video quality it top notch. And let’s not forget the price point. With this fly more combo you get a great start up into the DJI world of flights and video. This is my first DJI and have been waiting for years. This one isn’t the mavic 2 pro which I truly wanted. So If you can spend the extra cash get the mavic 2 pro. If you just want to spend as little as possible and get some great new tech then this is the deal for you. Don’t forget to head over to DJI and get the refresh program to protect you for your first year which I think it should be 2 years! But It’s only 79 dollars And if you crash then you will be fine with your investment.
