This is an amazing drone! At first, I was a little nervous flying this one because I have crashed a pretty expensive drone in the past. I have to say, the ease of use on this drone brought back my confidence level, and the imagery and video are jaw-dropping. I would recommend anyone who buys this drone to pay attention during colder weather to your battery levels because they can lose charge during those times. So happy I got the Fly More Combo, it is worth it! -S

I'm still scratching the surface learning how to use this drone, but I will say I am very happy with it's performance and ease of use so far! The ability to have the camera point straight down was important to me; it's auto-take off and specifically auto-return 'home' and land feature is phenomenal - especially when testing it's avoidance sensors by putting something in the way of 'home'.

Really easy to use. Simple directions. Takes great quality photos. Goes a long distance away from the remote.

This is my first quadcopter/drone purchase and I have heard for years that DJI was the way to go. So glad that I waited for this model to come out. The early models were always something to lug around in a giant case and this is a copter that you can take with you just about everywhere. Love the quality of the images that I get from it. Fun to zip around in Sport mode, then switch to Tripod mode to get amazing videos that look like you filmed them from a boom. Very happy all around.

The drone is amazing! This is my first drone over $50 after spending months watching HD and 4k videos made by other higher end drone users. I wish there was some sort of awareness made about the laws of drone usage. I had no idea how strict and how limiting they were and it seems anywhere within San Francisco that you want to fly them, you need a permit or you're breaking a law somewhere. The rebel in me his combating these limitations by getting approval legally lol

Drone piloting has grown from a hobby to a craft for me. I initially started with a Syma Drone because it was cheap, and perfect to learn with. Next I upgraded to a DJI Spark, which really showcased the power and potential of this technology for photography and videography. The Mavic Air 2 feels like even more of an upgrade, with better quality shots, connection reliability, and advanced smart features. This combo pack is a great value add for including so many vital accessories

Great Drone! The fly more combo has really come in handy. The extra batteries have really helped me learn to fly by keeping me in the air longer for much needed practice. And the pictures are high quality. Now I need to learn to fly better to get in position for a well composed shot. I recently tried to shoot video - fun times. It's my first drone so the first couple of times taking it up were a little scary....but it's super easy to fly and so fun too!

This is my first drone, so bear in mind I'm comparing it to nothing else, but I'm impressed with the capabilities of the DJI Mavic Air 2. It's incredibly small and yet provides an impressively feature-rich package. The video quality is fantastic. I mean, 4K video? Wow! And the simplicity of the iPhone interface and straight-forward controller is easy to grasp for a beginner. The auto-tracking modes work well even though it's a little difficult to interpret the screen icons. Once I get used to each icon it will be second nature, but for now I'm still dependent on the available tutorial that pops up each time. I would have liked an in-depth user manual to have been included. Yes, it's available online, but that doesn't allow me to reference it easily while out flying since my phone is busy being part of the controller. The "fly more" combo is awesome. I can't think of much else I'd need. It provides me with almost two hours of flying time and, given the recharge speed, two more hours are available in the time it takes me to eat lunch. I can't speak much about the range from the controller. As a new drone owner I'm afraid to let it get too far away just yet. But if it delivers even half of the 10km advertised distance, well, do you really need to fly that far away?! One of the most helpful features (especially for a novice) is the obstacle avoidance. The thing simply won't fly into an object. Of course, you can bypass that feature but for normal operations why would you? I mean, this thing moves FAST! Intelligent flying built in will save me a lot of replacement money. In all, if you want an easy to learn and fly drone that captures amazing video and photos, you can't go wrong. As I compare and read reviews of previous models, DJI has taken lessons learned from a successful product line and summed them all nicely with the Mavic Air 2. The price is a bit steep, but the quality is fantastic.

I originally purchased the Mavic Mini which is a great drone. The reason I upgraded to the Mavic Air 2 was the ability to handle stronger wind gusts and the follow me feature. My original interest in getting a drone is to document experiences. After using the Mavic Mini for about a month, I realized that the winds around the lake (where we have our boat) were making me worried I was going to lose the drone. (Mavic Care insurance is no good if you actually lose the drone.)
