Fun and amazing pictures and videos. Easy to learn to fly and tons to learn about photography. Capture amazing pictures and videos. 3 flight modes, tripod, super slow for great shots. Normal, has avoidance sensors so you can not crash it. Sport mode is super fast but a word of caution... sensors do not work in sport mode. I found this out the hard way. Make sure you buy the insurance from TJI

The DJI Mavic Air 2 is one of my favorite buys. This thing is so easy to fly and the videos and photos you can take with it are AMAZING!!! Buy the fly more combo its so worth the extra $200.00 Considering 1 battery is $115.00 you will regret not getting the combo. Super fun what you can do with the Mavic Air 2 what you see when you get up in the air is the best. Highly recommended the DJI Mavic Air 2

This drone is everything I need in a drone! Sometimes the strafe setting gets switched off but that’s just a setting! Also make sure to keep it updated often! I did notice the drone props will change positions after flight landing. Also keep the batteries charging often, or they will drain.

I had the Mavic Air 2 for about 3 weeks now and have flown it several times with no issues. Even with a limited features in the Fly app, this bird is fun to fly and shoots real fantastic videos. It’s good for both beginner and intermediate pilots. The only thing I wish is for Dji to update the FW to be compatible with the Smart Controller so I don’t have to worry about my iPad mini4 overheating during warm days. Dji should make phone and tablet coolers that adapts to the controller’s mount since their apps are getting more and more cpu gobblers. But still I’m happy with my MA2. I could have given it a 5 if not for the incompatibility with the Smart Controller.

I have been doing real estate drone videos for the last 2 years with my DJI Mavic Air and I recently upgraded to the DJI Mavic Air 2. And it’s AMAZING! Love all the new upgrades, the new control is so much better for holding my iPhone XS Max. Definitely recommend this drone! The camera on it is superb!

The only thing I have to say negative, at the time of buying the DJI Mavic Air 2 online on Best buy web page, the article said that with the purchase of this article online I would get a free article, but they never told me anything about the gift.

I have to give it to “DJI” that they have broke some barriers with this Mavic Air 2. The technology that is compacted in this drone is amazing. For the price you get bang for buck no doubt. Absolutely love it. Highly recommended.

I love my drone. Bestbuy got it to me in a timely manner. I had to deal with some customer service issues that were frustrated, but overall, I had a great experience. I always have great experiences with Bestbuy.

I don't know why, but when I'm looking at the screen while navigating it's almost like I'm in the drone flying instead of on the ground. I'm a new user to drones so some of what I write will be "No duh" to you regular flyers. So, this morning I accessed https://faadronezone.faa.gov/ to register my drone. It's only $5 for three years so no big deal. I selected the Recreational option since the 107 mentioned business use. After that I'm legally ready to fly! The Fly More package has a generous amount of accessories. 6 sets of A & B props each, a 3 bank charger, a single charger that connects to a USB, a USB C cable for charging your remote with the included power bank, an extra set of joysticks for the controller...and you can read the rest in the product description, lol. First thing I did was charge the batteries on the three bank charger. The batteries are 3500mAH and the charger is rated for 37w output. There's gotta be a good amount lost to efficiency because it took a bit over an hour to charge a single batter that still had maybe 15% left. The bank doesn't charge all the batteries simultaneously, but one at a time, which makes sense because if it did all at once it would be a 4hr wait to play. if you want to charge two at a time you can grab the single bank charger and hook it up also. After getting all set up there was a sloooow download of firmware update - 177MB but slow as heck. I think it took 10 or so minutes to complete. Finally time to play! I went through the tutorial and found it quite helpful for a newb like me. My only experience with a drone was one of those micro-machine sized toys that crashed as soon as you lift off! Lift off was a big surprise. It was pretty windy this morning, about 10MPH wind, and after take off the drone held its spot. Didn't bounce up, down, left, or right. It just stayed in place. Someone had to have made a pact with the devil to put this kind of technology in a (two) palm sized device! I had no fear taking it higher, then further out. It was as easy as playing a video game. Now I was still nervous because I didn't want to crash a $1000 drone on my first flight. I played around with the features but since this is my first drone I'm not using all the photo modes as well as I could just yet. I tried one of the Quickshots where it circles a target. I used myself as the target and walked a bit. It followed me perfectly and kept a pretty consistent distance. Not watching where I was going I heard some beeps and the drone stopped moving. I had wandered too close to my bamboo and the collision detectors said "uh uh" and kept my Mavic Air 2 safe! Then I tested to see if it would run into me and dove right for my body...it sensed me and stopped about 10ft away and wouldn't get closer. These safeguards are amazing. I'm not sure if I'll need those extra propellers! I took video and photos with a spared microSD card I had. The message said the card wasn't fast enough when I set it to 4k video so I settled for 1080p, which still looked gorgeous. I even took a few 48MP photos. The 100% crop on these are amazing. Not as good as a dedicated DSLR, but man they're impressive. The only issue i have is with the controller. 1 - it's a tight fit for a Samsung S10+ wiith an Otterbox. I like keeping my $1000 devices protected. And I can't keep the case on with the controller because 2 - the right angle USB C connector can't reach past the case to connect. So now I just use my back up Pixel XL for flying. I spend nearly an hour of flying and only drained two batteries. I'd love to take this to the lake or river one day and have a blast with it. I'm sorry if my review isn't technical enough for you real drone lovers, but take it from a first time user that this is and amazing drone! I don't need to compare it to another since this Mavic Air 2 is able to do way more than I though I could do with a drone and looking forward to having more time and learning the drone "lingo."
