I love this drone especially in sport mode! This is very compact and good for traveling without taking up too much space.

I've tested the Mavic Pro (cause I returned it) and I have to say this one felt more safe to fly. Not sure if it's the size, the responsiveness or the gimbal being more stable and secure. Camera is definitely better than Mavic Pro even though you can't get D Log. I use D-Cinelike and that creates amazing videos for editing. There is barely any noise as compared to the Mavic Pro's camera. So you're getting best of all worlds with this little guy if you're a beginner to intermediate level pilot and want to use it recreationally due to it's size, portability, pro features and price point. Can't go wrong with this purchase. If you're worried about the range, I assure you that you're going to run out of battery before running out of range (most range tests ended due to low battery) assuming you're flying in an open area with very few obstacles like buildings but you still get at least 15-18 minutes of flight time per battery and you get 3 batteries with fly more combo. Also, yes, I am aware of the new Mavic Pro 2 rumors (which I read is going to be substantially bigger than the current Mavic Pro) but I only use mine as a hobby and don't want to spend probably $1500 for a mavic pro 2 fly more combo.

This is my first quadcopter and had put off getting one for a long time. So glad I jumped in and this was my selection. I went by price alone, but since owning this one, I've learned this has most of the features of the more expensive drones. The Mavic Air is the one to buy.

I have had the DJI Pahntom 3 for about a year, and while I love it, traveling with the thing is a nightmare. I had considered the Mavic for sometime, and then this happened. Very portable, great camera, and easy to fly. Auto flight modes are tons of fun too. Two thumbs up here!

I had the Phantom 4 before getting this and the video quality of this drone is better I'd say with 100mb compared to the 60mb on the Phantom 4 and Mavic Pro. The only thing that takes a hit a little is the range of the controller because it's wifi vs radio signals.

The DJI Mavic Air's folding design makes it great for travel while its 4K-resolution camera and three-axis gimbal capture nice-looking photos and video. Automated shooting options and obstacle avoidance make it easy to get good results fast.

Quality is great, battery life is pretty decent along with charging time, which was surprisingly fast. Need to buy an extra battery though. Overall, a great product and I will be using it at my brother's wedding! going to be super fun.

I got this one for my husband for his birthday and he fell in love with it. I am kind a jealous somethings because he spends a lot of time with it. It’s like professionals film maker drones.

This is a good drone from DJI, but the Mavic Air 2 is superior in every way. No complicated calibration every time you use it, much better controller/smartphone holder, everything fits into a single case, etc. Mavic Air 2 is just a better option that's more ergonomic and an overall better experience.

Bought this drone for my fiancé and he is legit sooo happy it comes with everything you need to learn and fly like a pro. I also love that it has motion sensors that prevents it from crashing into the wall or ground lol.
