Posted .Hey Thumbs, sorry you're having some trouble with Mavic Air. There has currently only been one update released for Mavic Air so it's strange that you're getting constant updates. If the sensors are annoying, you can disable some of them in your aircraft settings. A battery error, however, is something you will need taken care of. Make sure to contact dji.com/support so we can get you a replacement asap!

I am a professional Drone Photographer in Arizona and put this to the test for the last 2 months. Photos- The camera looks small but in packs in the tech! The 4K video is truly stunning and can compete with higher end drones.\ Design- The Design of this is out of this world, the size which easily fits in your hand or pocket is a modern marvel. The arm and blades fold seamlessly into the body making it amazing for you adventures out there. Ease of use- This can be used by everyone from beginners to Advance users, Everyone will have a use. Just connect your phone and make sure everything is updated and your good to fly! Battery Life- It runs about 17 Minutes for me and I fly fast. With the Fly more bundle you get the extra batteries and charging hub. Charging batteries is quick and easy, only about 45 min to charge one! If you have questions I would be more then Happy to help! I have been a DJI user for over 4 Years now and I can say this is the best yet!

Posted .Hey Pame. It's unfortunate that the up to 21 minutes of flight time was not enough for your needs. There is only so much battery you can pack into such an incredibly small and feature packed aircraft. It's great that you were able to find another DJI aircraft that better satisfies your needs, though!
Works great until it crashes

That's not normal. Have you sent the aircraft in for repair? If it was the aircrafts error it typically falls under warranty repair/replacement.

Great range, truely rock solid in the air, and return to home works every time. I however do suggest you buy a extra battery or two due to the flight time capping off at around 18 minutes. I have owned this drone for around a year and not one time has it failed to deliver an awesome experience while flying.

I purchased this drone 2 weeks ago with very little experience flying these types of drones. By my 3rd flight, I had full confidence in the Mavic Air. It is super easy to fly. The video and picture quality is outstanding. I highly recommend this drone to ANY first time buyer with little or no drone flight experience. The technology built into the drone is worth the price alone.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Drone is amazing with all integrated technology, but if you have an Android phone, think twice, check app review on Google Play and you will how bad app is, I lost the signal many times, app constantly crash, and despite having bought insurance, I lost my drone in a ravine, because Android app lost the signal, drone went crazy, app crashed and I could not recover my drone, insurance only applies when you send the drone, but not having it. If you have iphone / ipad, buy it surely, but if you have an Android phone, think twice, check DJI GO 4 app reviews on Google Play so you can see what I mean.

No crashes and to this day has less than 3 hours of flight time. I bought the fly more bundle in store and right after I came back from our trip past the return policy the drone has a gimbal overload issue. This is a known issue just look for it online. Now if I fly it the gimbal doesnt work properly and the video comes out horrible. Very expensive paper weight and disappointing

I love the camera and the speed and all the function. The only bad thing about this is that I can only get 1500 feet range not the 6000 feet they advertised. I have done all my update and everything I can do and I can not get pass 1500 feet. I will take this drone to the middle of no where tomorrow morning to avoid any interference and if my range don't get better I will be driving straight to bestbuy to return it.

Posted .Hey Francis, please update your review when you do that test! The signal from Mavic Air is subject to interference and some environments will bring the range down. Keep in mind it's always best to fly within line of sight.
