App Compatibility

If you upgrade your Samsung to the latest software it will not work. If you live by an airport (small or large) you can not unlock the software to fly, even inside your house. I live 4.9 miles from a very small airport that has 3 planes hangered at it and I can not fly in my backyard. Have not seen a plane take off from that airport in months. DJI has failed on this new app. DJI fly is horrible as to the DJI Go app. This is my forth DJI drone and by far the worst. Do your homework at log onto the forums and read up on these issues.

Arrived with defective parts

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent a couple hours troubleshooting with DJI to finally determine why I could not connect (brand new and never used) with the remote, it was determined to be a bad USB/Lightning cable. A cable DJI provided and a very unique cable that most wont have. DJI then refused to replace it and asked that I reach out to BestBuy to request a new cable. What a hassle this has become. Returning!

If you're just starting out or need to fly in a really tight area then maybe this is good.. but you'll thank yourself to get a bigger drone.

Coolest thing I’ve ever flown
