    Not my favorite of the mavic series, I’d highly recommend the Mavic Air 2

    I’ve seen a lot of videos on YouTube of people losing signal of their drone an it flying away by itself! It even happened to Casey Neistat there a video on YouTube. Drone was great til that happened and the sad part is the drone was already above my head ready to land and then my controller out of nowhere says “lost signal landing itself” and it started driving all the way to the left until it hit a tree and now I don’t have a drone. I heard DJI was really slow with their customer service too so I think the best idea would be to move on and get another brand I guess I can sell the remote and batteries. Sucks I thought DJI was good but not really.....

    This item is okay overall but It keeps losing connection constantly. Because of that, I haven't been able to use it at all. And 2 days after my purchase I came back to the store but they didn't help me at all. Because of my experience, I am not happy with my purchase at all.

    The product description says it can stream HD video up to 4km away, but there’s a limiter on the drone so that it won’t let you fly >50m away. Super misleading, and had to pay $75 for a restocking fee. Don’t buy this garbage.

    they sold me a half empty flymoore djimavic ddone missing hLf the contents then charged me 75 dollars to restock it i wS really disappointed with that i even bought a upgrade and still had to argue over the situation i suggests looking over your purchase before you pay them for

    This drone is good for its price but it has problem overheated motor when a week after I purchased it. And also the camera is not working well sometimes it’s stuck and can’t turn up or down on camera. I tried to exchange it but no more inventory

    After almost a year of attempted flights and constantly updating and calibrating I can honestly say this thing has been way more trouble than it's worth. I've spent more time trying to get it to work than actually flying it, and I'm tech savvy. Support is terrible (China), and now the app is no longer available through the Google App store. Save your money. I wasted mine on this cheaply built, poorly supported product. I can't even re-sell it since the app is no longer available.

    Drone never worked properly, constant errors. an error that woudn't let me take off until i restarted it then when it did let me take off "Low battery return to home point" at 70 percent battery got tired of the 2 minute flight per battery so i cancelled it and it decided to take a fall from a few hundred feet up, funny how it let me watch the whole time live but without control. Happy it broke waste of money but i can finally move on and find something that works and i could enjoy without a headache.

    The drone requires the DJI fly app which only says it requires android 6.0 or higher to be used on an android phone. However it turns out that the android must be 64 bit or else you can’t use your phone. Many mid range and affordable android phones only run 32 bit os and cannot be used. DJI has no plans to support 32 bit and their official statement basically said it’s not their problem buy a better phone. This is supposed to be the affordable DJI drone but the people who will buy it for this reason most likely won’t even be able to use it. That is unless you use an iPhone. I purchased a brand new android that came out July 2019 and it still only runs 32 bit os.

    I took it out of the box and set it up according to their instructions (which are terrible) and followed step-by-step. It had a malfunction. Since it said "don't return, call customer service", I called for service. After troubleshooting, DJI had me send it to them for repairs. Now, DJI is saying they can't identify the problem. It has now been 3 1/2 weeks since I purchased it and I haven't been able to use it. I'll probably get it back in the next 10 days and if it doesn't work I'll expect my money back.

    Got this as a gift for Christmas. Was decided I wanted the Mavic Pro and when I tried to return it, I was charged $75 or 15% restock fee. Last time I do business Best Buy!!!

    I bought this drone 3 weeks ago and I’m still having the same issue with mine. When I fly my aircraft and it’s 10 feet in front of me my controller is saying it’s behind me. I called Bestbuy to see if they would exchange my mavic mini in for a new one and they won’t bc it’s out of the 14 day period. I bought this $500 drone and I have been dealing with DJI for over a week now and I’m getting know were. Also the company is in China so talking to them about issues is hard to understand them. I have updated the aircraft with the newest software and calibrated it and still having the issue. Be careful when buying this drone.

    I purchased a Yuneeq brand drone a few years ago and was very good. This DJI drone was supposed to have better technology and software however, we keep having issues with it disconnecting. We'll be in an open area with no radio disturbance and we'll lose signal. I've began to do research and it appears that users have been experiencing these issues and DJI has no answers. I would research other drones instead, don't waste your money on this drone.

    I am so disappointed with DJI care refresh. First, I sent my drone almost 4 weeks ago. It was supposed to have my drone back within 7 days. Second, the customer service does not give you the correct information (one reason I do not receive my drone yet) because they give you different information on every call. Lastly, once I called the customer service was laughing because he could not pronounce my name. Omg!!! Really???? I am so disappointed with DJI. I do not recommend DJI care, try to pay other companies to have your drone protected.

    Video is really choppy even though I was 500 feet away from my house. A lot of interference with wifi connection. Plus not dealing good with the wind
