I am very disappointed with DJI. I purchased the Mavic mini fly more combo and one of the batteries never worked. I have been dealing with this for since I purchased this drone and no progress has been done, still no battery. They actually wanted me to pay to ship them the battery to them. This is absurd!!!! Very angry over this! I invested a lot of money into their company and they have failed me terribly. Customer service made me feel not important once they got my money. Never witnessed anything this terrible from a company in my life.

I’ve been professionally flying drones for 8 years now and have owned everything from the Original Phantom to the Spark on you to the Phantom 4. This drone is horrible. GPS lock in place and it can’t even hover within 10 feet of where it’s launched, even with no wind. The drone constantly drifts and is prone to crashing. The third use it actually took off and could not be controlled. I would never recommend this product to anyone. May explain why they launched the new upgrades Mini 2 so quick.

This is a complete joke. I can’t lift off in my own home. They are telling me I need to request access through airspace. Mine is defective and I’m going to be subject to a 15% restock fee? If DJI would make the updates they said they would and let me use per the guidelines I am allowed it would be nice. Right now I’m wondering why I wasted $500 to see if I even wanted to get my license and invest in the larger drones. Beware, this shouldn’t happen to you.

Not very happy on this one, we spent all this money on this item and it doesnt work. We bought this as a birthday gift for our son that is a vlogger on youtube April 1. And he has yet to be able to use it. He has looked on youtube to see how to hook it up, he has also reached out to the manufacturers to see if there is anyone to help him put this together and has not been unsuccessful! I am very disappointed!!

Flew it twice less than 15 mins total. Went to fly for 3rd time. Downward vision sensor error. Contacted Dji for support tried downloading updates for new software still same problems. Not sure if Best Buy will be able to help me out with problem but would like this to be resolved. Not happy with purchase at all, bought a supposedly better more expensive product and having issue almost immediately.

I guess the night time affected the sensors on the drone once drone lifted off ground it became very unstable flying side to side an in circles an yes I calibrated it before I even flew it an followed all directions an also codes kept coming up saying something was wrong with bottom sensor an I had to “call” dji who is very hard to get in touch with and remind you this is brand new straight out of box

I returned this, it wasn't that great and felt very cheap compared to the other ones out there.

I ordered the mavic mini couple times and they canceled the order every time saying i had no funds in my card, i had enough credit for two but i think they took too many orders and they cancel some because they were not able to send all the orders, very disappointed because it was a gift and they just canceled the order and didn’t say why

There system is not that good as far as ordering online. Says it’s in stock. Got email stating it was ready for pick up. But got there to pick up and was not in stock. This happened 2 different times. Want be going back until store opens to make sure they have in stock at store.

There is compatibility issue with the DJI fly app which is the app use to control the DJI mini drone. I have a Moto Z2 phone running android 8 and the DJI Fly won’t working on my phone because is not 64 bit. The app require a phone as expense as the drone itself. So, I am return it.

Has way too many flight restrictions to be useable.

Disappointed at the service here. Product was late only because an inept employee finally found it in lock up a few days later. Curbside is a joke. Why bother sending order numbers when they don’t bother to use them. I’ll be ordering from Amazon from now on.

DJI fail whit mavic mini has no range and lost connection! Day one I was expecting to be more likely the DJI spark! Tello has more range. Try to contact dji costumer care and had no response

I haven been abble to fly it since Ive purchased,2 updates and keep crashing in the ground,not abble to fly it far because of the fear to lost a 500 dlls toy

Drone is not stabile and constantly drifts. Also gave a ton of error message. My opinion ..do not buy it I returned mine.

So I just spent 500+ dollars on this and I need an activation code and I cant find it. Am I going to have to spend another 39 dollars after I just spent 500+ on this?

I was very disappointed from the sales team . That never provide me information about restocking fees . I had the drone only for one week and o release the flight time is less than the discretion .

Was unable to purchase, tried twice. Unable to speak with a human until they missed us at home at returned the package. You may keep your drone.

My mavic mini malfunctioned and hit the ground without stopping. I had set the return to home function and it crashed. Will not be recommending till the bugs are worked out.
