Bought this and loved it, but the websites listed to check if it is legal to use were incomplete. The next day I learned that take offs and landings were restricted in public spaces near me (park dept website). Being I rent in a larger complex I had no place to take off or land legally without driving for hours, so I returned it. Also Best Buy didn't state on the product page that this item is subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned! That aside, it flies awesome and has great controls. The packaging/carry case is also great. If I have a place to fly in the future without anxiety of being confronted I would totally buy it again.

I ordered the DJI Mavic Mini twice through Amazon: Both times it showed up DOA, and DJI only wants you to send the product back for diagnosis, meaning at least three weeks until you get your drone back. The DJI Mavic Mini I ordered from BestBuy not only showed up a day early, but it ACTUALLY WORKED. Maybe this is a case where you should not trust Amazon sellers - even when approved by Amazon. Thank you, BestBuy.

Great little drone but I will be upgrading to the zoom or pro. I previously owned the Mavic Pro and was spoiled by its specs. Still, this is a high quality drone for the beginner.

This is my first done and it is easy to use. I get random disconnecting issues at times and that is really annoying. Over all for the price it is a good starter drone .

I got this hide for the wife and she loves it. We go almost every weekend to fly this Drone.

I use it for real estate photography, and it hasn't let me down. Very good build. Great camera.

A great beginner drone with powerful enough features for those with some experience as well. It cant compete in video quality with the Mavic 2 pro, but that drone is almost $1000 more expensive. You should definitely buy the fly more combo as the extra batteries & charger is a steal for only $100 extra. There aee lots of videos on youtube detailing all the features, so i wont go into it here, but i am very happy with my purchase

Great... my only complaint is I wish I were informed of the optional warranty before the 48 hours is up!! I would’ve loved to spend 38 dollars on a warranty, had I been asked.. but I didn’t see the option until shopping for accessories on DJI’s website! Now, in order to purchase, I have to make a comprehensive video displaying all things functioning properly to be eligible. But, other than that, amazing machine!!

First time owning a drone, very easy to fly with good software. A lot of fun to fly.
