    I love DJI products. I purchased my drove from best buy a few months ago. (I purchased Mavic Pro fly more combo.) I got home un-boxed it and started charging the batteries once all 3 were pluged in i noticed one of them didn't follow the same charge sequence. AKA i got a bad brand new battery. Called DJI support guy said they would send em a email on instructions on how to return bad battery. i dont question it so a couple days later i get a email with a ups ground packing slip to return my bad battery. i ship it out it took a week to get there and a week to send one back. I baught a brand new drone with 3 battery's and had to be missing one for almost 3 weeks.

    This drone is incredible in its ease of use and functionality!! I live in a neighborhood but close to some nice open parks and beaches and it has been so much fun to fly around with this thing!!!

    great beginner drone. it is easy to fly, my only complaint is there is no real manual that comes with it that helps you learn to fly. Everything you need you have to find online.

    I order this drone and it arrived before my trips to Asia. I had it working properly before going vacation. I mess with the setting in the app and must have accidently select the prop guard selection in the app, the drone and gimbal will vibrate widly when hover. Now the drone fly smooth and does fine job. This drone in my opinon is the best drone for the money in the market now.
