    This is my first drone--well, I bought another brand that was returned. Easy setup. I did have an issue where I wanted to use my iPad which required me to use a longer lightning cord. But it didn't work. After about 8 email messages to support, I called. The side USB mini port needs to be unplugged for the other port to function (why?). Anyway, now it works fine.

    After doing a lot of research online, I purchased the DJI Mavic Pro to explore the world of unmanned aerial vehicles. Not wanting to wait for online delivery, I visited the DeWitt, N.Y. Best buy. Monty was extremely helpful as were his colleagues and made me feel good about my purchase. I would definitely make other purchases from Best buy in the future.
