I have had for several months now. This think works great. There were some early issues with the Android phone app, but those seem to be resolved now. Make sure to investigate DJI's Geofencing system before you purchase a DJI produce. This caused me some issues, but it is a really good idea.

Don't get me wrong this drone can be great with all the perks it has.. flys out 4 miles.. great for making videos.. so clear and crisp.. however, this drone loses signal easily.. even after updates and calibration.. This drone will falter and will attack your face.. I think they may have to fix this. Need to send it in for maintenance because there is something seriously wrong with it. Only had it since Feb 14th.. fiance got it for me for vday. ❤️

Awesome drone but very very very poor shipping on Best Buy’s side the DJI drone is sealed in its own box which is great but it was thrown in a large bust buy cardboard box with absolutely no packing when I got it the box was super damaged I was supprised rhe drone worked

I love the drone and the fly more package, but the bag that came with the package is to small for the drone and all of the accessories, what a rip off on this bag. I hope this is a joke.

I originally bought the go pro drone, but it crashed without even touching the remote. So I exchanged it for mavic pro and I never looked back! it's beautifully made, and very reliable so far when I fly it. I still took out a 2 year warranty for it in case something happens.

I have used my Mavick Pro for a year and a half now with relatively no problems. I learned how to do a compass calibration which is a necessity because of potential fly-aways due to magnetic interference. I has been a great product for my business (real estate).

The drone is amazing! Very stable, signal strength is not so great dough, anything further than 1k feet looses signal.

Have loved this drone so far. Can't wait to have the chance to use it more and learn about its many features.

found drone to be easy to use and set up. several how to videos online, which was good because instruction manual to small to read.

The compass is iffy, the drone randomly loses all control. Otherwise a good camera and good range

Focus is the thing and tends to be out of focus. Made a short cut key on the controller for focus and no problem after. Every time you change the distance to whatever youre pointing at i push the focus key and it refocuses very well.

Awesome for video and everything, it’s camera quality suffers on focus quality sometimes, however. Only complaint I have, though!

Great for begginers, easy too use and fun. Bummed th Samsung s8 plus isn't officially usable.

I was clueless how to operate a drone before purchasing the Mavic Pro but it was easy to get setup and get flying I must say!

Enjoyable to fly and relatively easy compared to most first gen drones. Do the flight demo and take time to read instructions.

IF you are looking for an all in one Drone this is it. This drone can do everything from automated aerial routes to manual controls that are extremely responsive. It has sensors around the Drone to stop it from crashing and a number great features for beginners or pros.

This is one of my 4th purchases from this great company. Everything I own from DJI is built well, has great support and software. Recently damaged my first drone so I sent it into their repair network and was repaired quickly and economically. Super!

This Mavic Pro is one of the best purchase I have ever made! The amount of technology in this drone is crazy for a consumer. If you are on the fence between this and the platinum. I would go with this one. The flight time is minimal between the two.

I still use this drone. It’s very convenient to carry around with the case because it’s not too big.

I finally bought the Drone and have been amazed at the technology of this thing. Please look into getting one, even if you've never flown a drone before. I am pretty sure this thing is smarter than I am. Check out YouTube for videos and you wont be disappointed.
