Upon opening the box, I discovered several missing parts: * The Mavic itself had only two of the four propellors installed. * The all-important Lightning cable (to use the remote controller with an iPhone) * The USB-C cable for those with newer iPhones, DJI phone support is not in the USA and they are powerless to simply send the missing parts. So, I had to send an email to DJI support *with pictures* to prove the parts were missing! For such an expensive item, this is poor support and very sloppy quality control at DJI.

Love this drone. Over 50 crashes, it just won't die.

Purchased for my husband. He loves flying it at the beach.

This is my favorite drone. So much in fact, this one is a spare.

Great drone. Has many sensors for those “oops” moments. Just don’t forget to take off the camera cover and avoid getting close to objects. It doesn’t detect everything.

Let’s start this off by saying this is the first time I’ve ever shopped with Best Buy and I took out a Best Buy credit card for this $1000 purchase and was let down several times. My first drone came in with faulty software causing it to crash over 20 yards away from me while using its flight mode “return to home” on its maiden flight (7 minutes of total flight time) The replacement drone I was sent did fine for a week then was left in a safe location for a week and when I tried to use it it also had a “software issue” that caused the drone to lose contact with the gimbal and intermittent video feed. The third and final attempt. This drone was sent to my via ups and when it was received I opened the drone to fine all “protective” stickers were already leaked of. as well as the propellers were placed on it wrong and the chargers were unwrapped and sloppily put in the box. This was an obviously used product. When trying to return the product it took my 12 hours of talking to representatives. Three trips to the store. Mailing the drone off and still not getting a full refund. After 5 more calls and two “supervisors” I have now reached a full refund and will refrain from shopping Best Buy in the future.
