The battery lasts much longer than my p3p. the handling is soooo much better too. I can't believe what this quad can do in its size! 0-60mph in about 3 secongs??? geez. Long range video without video artifacts (unlike lightbridge at over 1200 feet). This quad is highly recommended if you like to fly for fun. Just don't forget to touch the screen to focus

Don’t waste your money

I expected a high level of quality when I purchased this in September 2017 however I never got the opportunity to fly it until January 2019 and when I went to take my first flight there was an error message in regards to the gimbal... upon contacting DJI they said I’m out of warranty there’s nothing they could do Even though I explained to them that I’ve never flown it before so I basically have $1000 paperweight.. And what’s funny is that this is a common problem for the Mavic series although they only take care of it while it’s under warranty it’s a pretty crappy way to treat your customers that pay top dollar for DJI products

Posted .Hey Tony. We're really sorry for your frustrating experience. The issue you described is very rare and of course is covered under the official manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately our policy states that when out of the warranty period repairs are not covered.

One has to rely on You Tube instructors instead. One should be able to get going with all instructions in the package, to include you tube from the makers...
