OMG - what a huge difference. From generation 1 of the phantom to this magic - it is truly amazon. Steady footage, and small and compact. Makes it easy to use and travel with... meaning i use it more. The phantom 1 was fun - just bulky and hard to bring with on small trips. Would recommend.

I really love how fun it is fly, especially in sport mode. If coming from a phantom, you really need to watch the fact that its not on infinity focus the whole time. once you make sure of that, pictures and videos are awesome.

Easy to fly even for a beginner. Photos are crystal clear. Very compact when folded for storage.

DJIs Mavic is totally pirtable and yet has the features of much higher end Drones. While traveling I far prefer using the Mavic than my Inspire. I can hike, bike or travel with ease using the Mavic. It's stable in 20 mph winds and produces great video and pics. Best DJI drone yet!

This is the most compact drone in it's class and fairly simple to use. DJI app makes flying this drone super fun. The 4k camera takes stunning pictures. I will be taking this drone to every trip and make some memories.

At first I was skeptical on the performance abilities of the drone simply based on the size. The size however was a huge draw for me. I wanted to be able to throw it in a backpack or carry-on bag vs the large case the phantoms come in. Set up was quite simple. The battery charging connector is reversible but isn’t really stated in the manual. Once everything was charged and firmware was updated it was easy going. I wasn’t a fan of the initial control scheme (2 I believe). Thankfully you can change it and customize it. To say that this can do nearly everything is a safe statement. From the responsiveness of the drone to the auto flight modes. This is an amazing tool for the price. The video quality is great. ND filters are basically a must for any real video use and I wish they would have included them in the kit. As far as the drone goes and the physical controller goes, I really have no bad things to say. My issue is with the app. The DJI GO 4 app for android is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I have tried on three varying devices and it crashes all the time on them I tested on a pixel XL, Nexus 6, and a galaxy s8. At least once or twice the app would crash and id get a pop up saying “The app has stopped responding. Do you want to reload?” Thankfully I was never in sport mode when it happened however it did almost hit a building from the side. After checking the app store as well as various forums the Android app is notorious for being unstable. There are suggested tips to prevent it from crashing but none have worked for me. I am going to have to invest money in an older iPad mini 2, 3, or 4 most likely as the iOS app seems to be way more stable from what I have read. DJI Seems to have no intention of making the android app stable as the reviews for this issue have gone way back. I wasn’t planning on having to spend money on a new phone or tablet so I’m not too thrilled about that.

The mavic pro is a incredible drone, easy to fly and land. It has a huge 4 mile range, takes beautiful photos and 4k videos. It's by far one of the best drones I've owned. The app has a lot of features including tracking. I highly recommend the DJI Mavic pro.

I researched drones for a while and I kept coming back to this drone. Carrie and Josh at Best Buy who greatly helped me with this purchase also owned this drone. I honestly purchased this drone because of them. They were very hands-on, knowledgeable and helpful. I have had a great time flying this drone and looking forward to many more flights! You can not go wrong with this drone!

This drone has an awesome camera. Stability is so good anyone could fly one.

I enjoy flying my Mavic Pro. This is by far the best drone on that price range if not across the board. Great engineering design, solid, and portable. I prefer Mavic Pro than the platinum version because of the price value on the enhancement is not that much. If I want to spend more than the Mavic i would rather wait for the Mavic Pro 2 or its next model in the later years.

This thing is amazing. Took it out and was maneuvering it with ease within 10 minutes. This is my first drone and is super easy to fly. The only issue I had was that the QR code that is supposed to be scanned to register the drone does not work and is apparently a common issue. If this happens, Google the issue and there is a way to manually enter the info to get started.

Awesome product and easy to fly, great quality with great photos as well

This was an early Christmas present for our son. The reviews we read suggested that this was a good drone, and they weren't wrong. As a beginner, my son has absolutely no problem flying this drone. The sensors make it easy to avoid running into objects and the stability is incredible. It was an expensive present for Christmas, but so worth it. We couldn't be happier.
